Wet n Wild's small concealer brush is perfect for cutting the crease and it cost 99 cents. I was thinking of buying a palette with some bright and vibrant colors for Spring/Summer, then I was in my palette drawer and found my Morphe 35U palette. It is a shimmer palette and has all the bright vibrant colors I will ever need. I've should shop my collection more often.
