"Safe" Foods || Mr. Kat

Again, this term is used a lot by the eating disorder "community" and I would just like to point out, that everyone has an idea of what a "safe" food is, and I think we should normalise using this term. A "safe" food is more than a comfort food, and it is more than a guilt-free food.
