can't wait for episode 30 when Talia actually plays the first day with the Sims
Only downside is having the same song sung on repeat every 5 minutes, but do be loving the building series
It looks so good, when she starts paying her utilities bill is gonna be so high though lol

Seeing the master bedroom overhanging from the downstairs was sending me 🥲🥲🥲 here is a tip, making rooms smaller actually makes the house more playable and looks more lived. Drag the rooms in the top floor in! You did amazing for your first time building a roof ❤️

Don’t know if you want to spend more money on the sims but there’s a spa add on which gives you saunas and massage tables

I highly recommend looking into the TOOL mod it is made by twisted mexi, there are a ton of tutorials online. But it will allow you scale items in between what sims allows you, also there is a ton of more complex things like rotating objects. The OMSP red shelf CC is really useful for putting items on shelves and cluttering tables, you can put the shelf to exact height using alt to allow you to alt place items (there are some tutorials on these. These two mods improved my building drastically and allowed me a lot more freedom.
Also another slight tip is I would recommend maxis matched CC (I think most of yours is), but this just means it matches the styling of sims4 and fits in better than the 'alpha' designs which are more realistic. but that is really just preference.
Been really cool watching you build, the house looks amazing - I think you would like the high school years pack and the pastel pop kit. High school years has a video game streamer career and lots of very cute build items
Quicker resolution to the hole in the ceiling option is when there is a gap, if you hover over the area a yellow edge appears if you click on the yellow part it will give you the option to build the ceiling in
If you do it in music studio Tyler at there's a microphone where you can practice singing

i can’t find it either.
She might be streaming on Kick, she recently put out a video saying she switched over there from Twitch to test out the new platform!

thing with sims is you spend ages making your sims and even longer making the perfect house then don’t play the game, and half the rooms you make don’t get used 😭
