    Thank you! I have avoided doing this dead bug exercise because I couldn't do it without disc instability but now that I see the levels it's more clear. I always appreciate you giving us the levels. I've used multiple exercises of yours and I really appreciate what you do. Thank you twice!

    add in the arms for most advanced?

      Yeah you could do, you could also add in a band on the legs, but i think these variations aren't really worth while as the deadbug starts to become a little obsolete in terms of building strength relatively early in the rehabilitation process as other movements build spine strength more efficiently and scale better :)
