I have a good routine and it don't matter if i miss a day or two .mine is a inside out routine .i take tyrosine,, copper ,amala and drink a fenugreek seed tea .it also manages my glucose . Than i use a home made hair topical after i shower and rub it in my scalp .it has fenugreek seed oil , castor oil, rosemary, coconut , jojoba ,shea butter .not all these oil ingredients are for reversing grey hair ,but i also manage hair thinning too .another one i switch to one alternating showers to put in my hair is thrive prime hair serum .its especially designed for turning back Grey hair .all this works wel for me as i look a youthful 60 yrs old .
I agree with these ingredients. I am reversing my hairloss and some of these help. I started seeing grays disappear and found out by mistake that they work as you stated...
Kevin, how much of each ingredient do you put in your homemade hair topical ? I here all these help with thinning hair. Also, how do you prepare the Fenugreek tea. I'm 45, post chemo for Leukemia and developed Type II Diabetes because I packed over 50 lbs these past two years. Between that, my grays coming in big time, and the bald spot on the vertex of my scalp (full hair line thank God), I want to see if I can reverse some of this.
Yes sure. 300-600 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid (I take 300 mg daily), 200 mg Co Q 10, 600-1000 mg Chaga (I take 600 mg)... I cycle all of these. Take them for a couple of months and then take a month off. Or alternate them with other supplements (like Astaxanthin or Moringa...) Good luck!
@philippkarner_ Thank you 😊. I just started your first recommended stack of supplements (copper, NAC, Zinc, and Moringa (in both oil (topical) and supplement form). I will run this for two months before I cycle off for a few weeks 😀 I will then see about the new stack and switch between the two
I’ve been introducing some supplements to my regular diet and I’ve been feeling better than ever, thanks for the insight and the nice explanation. Easy to comprehend how the supplements brings those benefits to our bodies.
I am a Silver Fox but I’d rather be a Dark Wolf. Hope these supplements work. Oops almost forgot, time for my morning Moringa, NAC and black strap molasses. 👨🏻
You made two videos on graying hair and how to fight it. You provided a great deal of supplements. State which ones you need to take, because I don't think you need to take all of them.
@@philippkarner_ Now when i check i guess i can’t get catalyst supplement but ALA is more available.. I’m just scared its not going to work as effective as catalyst supplement.. when is the result start to show.. after 1-3 months or 3-6 ? What about glutathione, how much mg do one need in the day to stop the hair graying or reduce it? I’m 38 and weigh 72kg and never taking it before. How much q10 and Chaga btw?
@@lolo2lolo491 I think 3-6 months is more realistic. I started seeing changes around 3 months. I take 600 mg NAC to boost glutathione daily (but I cycle it. Take it for 3 months, then take 1 month off) CoQ10 200 mg Chaga 600-1000 mg
I have never heard of this. I like to take vitamin D with magnesium. Taking magnesium with vitamin D helps convert vitamin D into its active form. In addition, vitamin D enhances intestinal magnesium absorption, and combining these two nutrients enhances their bioavailability and effectiveness.
That's a tough one. Check out Chaga's potential benefits compared to Moringa's. Chaga: lowering cholesterol levels, slowing cancer growth, supporting immune function, reducing blood pressure and promotes healthy hair growth and maintains hair's natural color. Moringa: extremely nutritious, fights inflammation, energy boosting, might enhance sex drive, may support cognition and mood, balances blood sugar, has anti-aging properties and supports healthy hair and hair color, may reduce blood pressure, helps with digestion, may reduce cholesterol and a great immune system booster. So... I would try out Moringa first and see how you like it. You could always try Chaga later on.
@@philippkarner_ thank for taking the time to answer, appreciate it I was asking in terms of of “reverse grey hair” which one is more “efficient” between chaga or moringa
@@BG-eh6be Yeah I would still start with Moringa. There's no guarantee with either but I've been Moringa for 3 months and my grays are a lot more subtle.
Yeah for sure. Alpha-lipoic acid can be eaten in foods like red meat, carrots, beets, spinach, broccoli, and potatoes. Coq10 high foods are reindeer, organ meats (specifically beef, pork, chicken, and fish hearts), and oily, fatty fish. I just personally find supplements more convenient and I don't want to eat too much meat.
3:45 ALA
5:25 COq10
9:50 Chaga Mushrooms
May I add that co Q10 has been shown to improve egg quality in females and boosting fertility after 3 months of taking it.

have you noticed any changes yet? I am tired of being a silver fox as well.
Do you take other superfoods besides Moringa?
According to you, what are the best superfoods that are worth supplementing daily
Turmeric, Wheat Germ, Walnuts, Oregano Oil (in winter), Blueberries... some of my favorites

I have taken NAC supplement 1000 mg for 4 days, how many days should I take it or is it a safe dose?
I wouldn't take more than 600 mg daily. And take it for a month and then take a couple of weeks off.
Black Seed Oil? After taking Black Seed Oil I noticed my snow white beard growing some black hair. Coincidence? 🏊🏋🏼♂️🧨🦊
I've heard good things about it but haven't tried it myself. I will give it a try. Can't hurt :) Thanks for the tip!
