Love your company! I've been following you for some time and am doing research for my course on audio. I remembered I liked you all at Ausha. Quick note on budget mics.. I don't recommend the Blue Yeti as it's a condenser mic so it will pick up lots of room tone, typing, bumps, and mouth sounds. Plus, it has 4 polar patterns to choose from which is overkill and confusing for newbies. It also sits kind of weirdly on your desk and will be farther away from your mouth resulting in higher mic gain which will introduce even more noise. I recommend the Samson Q2U ($70) the Shure MV7 and the Rode Podmic 2nd gen. USB mics sound really good these days and are sometimes indistinguishable from even mid-range XLR mics. Sorry to jump on your game here we audio engineers kind of can't stand Blue Yetis. Just trying to get the word out that there are much better options out there. Thanks for making great things!
