Alter Bridge is my favorite band. Favorite song is Cry of Achilles off of Fortress. Latest album, Pawns & Kings, is awesome. This is War is my favorite off of Pawns & Kings, Fable of the Silent Son is an epic song, Sin after Sin, so many great songs. Other favorites off of there other albums include Isolation, Calm the Fire, Fortress, The Last Hero, Blackbird. I could go on and on. Everything they put out is great, some are just greater than others!

You need to see a live video to filly appreciate the interaction between Mark and Myles on guitar. Blackbird Live From Amsterdam or Live from the Royal Albert Hall are both amazing. Myles Kennedy is also the lead singer for Slash's solo band. Check out their live performances from Live at the Roxy in 2014.
Myles Kennedy went to high school 3 blocks from where I live at the same time as Jason Hanson(one of the best NFL kickers ever) and Craig Montoya(Everclear bassist). Mead HS Spokane, Washington.
Alter Bridge is THE BEST! They are not the same…not even similar to Creed. One of the few bands that sound just as good, if not better live than studio production. Listen to/review anything from live at Royal Albert Hall ft The Parallax Orchestra (2017) especially 1) Words Darker Than Their Wings, 2) The End is Here; Fortress (Title song), 2)Addicted to Pain, 3)Cry of Achilles; Walk The Sky 1)Walking on The Sky, 2)Wouldn’t You Rather, 3)Indoctrination; Pawns And Kings ) Fable of The Silent Son, 2) Pawns And Kings (title song), 3) This Is War, 4) Silver Tongue, 5) Dead Among The Living, 6) Last Man Standing….Pretty much the whole album!! Of course you can’t miss Blackbird live from Wembley ( I prefer this performance over Amsterdam, and Myles was sick and still performed amazingly!)
After Creed - Mark Tremonti was freed to create complex shreddy guitar solos and heavier riffs with AlterBridge!💪 Also Myles Kennedy is a much better vocalist with waay wider range and plays killer guitar solos and rhythm added with Tremonti! Great band!
If you like music that can touch your soul, Alter Bridge is a must.
This is their first single and one of the most radio friendly songs, and the solo is still a killer. Go for more Alter Bridge! Addicted to pain next
