If you know someone involved in any of these 3 careers, or perhaps you yourself have a hands-on experience in them, share that in the comments below and let me know if you agree/disagree with me on this one. :)
A job that disappointed me extremely: lab research. I thought it would be about being innovative, coming up with hypotheses, designing creative ways to tackle problems, analysing results... well, turns out this is true only 5% of the time. 95% is repeating steps from a protocol like a robot. Over and over and over and over again... I thought I would be contributing to society for the better, but the lab experiments are so far away from patient's reality that the motivation was just not there. Not to mention how prevalent student bullying is in that environment...sadly.
True I am an ENFP I changed my career to be a teacher Exactly as You have mentioned I was thriving to do an impact in someone’s life but now I’m stuck with bureaucracy and repetition:(
I'm an ENFP who works in Digital Marketing and I enjoy building online marketing strategies for clients, trying different things and see what works best. Ultimately though I'm learning these skills so I can set up my own business in the near future 👌
I tried out for a job doing that. It required speediness. Needless to say say. I didn't get it and I am sure it probably is good I didn't. It was a while ago, and I'm still glad I didn't get it.
ENFP here. Got a Master’s in Teaching only to find out teaching is the most high stress job I could have sought out. Let go, moved on and so much happier now.
I did the same with nursing. I hate it. I hate the industry and the same ole same ole red tape we cant do anything for you attitude. Im learning more about myself and what best fits me. Thanks to these videos and others like it.
@@acharich maybe because if you ceo of a large company you'll get bored feeling that you really didn't good any significant things Enfp like me always want to see things change greatly because of their craftsmanship If you have a big company the only thing you could do is to maintain it and that's sucks
@@enfp That's right. Getting to CEO at a large company often requires setting aside your compassion and looking out for the interests of your shareholders. You'll also have to put on a "work persona/work mask" every day-- something difficult for NFPs to do- we value being genuine. This is not myself talking- my dad is an INFP and was a CEO-- this is a very lonely job.
I was an interior designer for a few years and I thought the job would be interpreting people's dream home and helping their vision come to life. Turned out to be a sales job where i was encouraged to only work with rich people and sell things to them that they didn't really need. ENFP nightmare!
I am an ENFP and a designer who is taking a marketing digital course, who is teaching in a high school 😭 everything start to make sense since I watch your videos
I'm an enfp who studied law & I must saw I did it because of the people pleasing societal pressure thing, & after graduating & having a year working I literally just couldn't take it anymore, but I must say I felt it the entire time I was doing it..I just used to try convince myself I would grow into liking it, or find a niche that would suit me but the paperwork it's kinda similar to the architectural thing, the processing of the same paper work constantly & the fact that you have to compete for recognition..bearing in mind that's not how enfps work..i don't know how I never realized it before but yeah I was losing & trying to compete in an entj type world because my entj friend was thriving at this..eventually however I took a year off to just discover myself & went through this intense self awareness that made me realise that all my life I loved food, I loved working with food, I loved the variety of flavours..the creativity & I loved travel..so I joined culinary school & I must say since food was a passion since I was a kid & I was able to put my love for travelling with my love for food & interacting with people..so I travel to different countries get to become a chef & I also discovered that I love interacting but more so holding small group functions where people can have a space to be openly be themselves & we can interact on philosophical, deep, social issues while at the same time enjoying food...having this creative space has allowed me to be able to express my creativity but also be authentic to who I Am..I eventually want to open up a small place( I don't want to call it restaurant or cafe) because it's more than that..I want to open a boho, artsy, space where I can serve street food from all over the world with the type of flavours I love,..id love it to be a space where people can read books & introverts can feel comfortable, intimate lighting, sofas, lots of plants & a place where people can still be able to have those close knit interactions with friends..I want it to be a representation of the true hippie that lives within all of us..just fun good vibes Stepping out of structure & allowing me to create my own structure has enabled me to be more expressive in the things I'd like to see more of in the world by being that..& finding my space in the world..Its allowed me to create forums with my friends mostly infps with the organization of an entj to be able to try precipitate change in regards to people being open to freely being themselves, not having to be linear & talking on creating awareness on mental & emotional health & it's been fun because everyday is different..& I love that as an enfp all I'd like to say to 9ther enfps is be bold..you don't have to to try fit the mild to feel like you belong or have a space in this world..because for us our creativity, ingenuity our ability to have amazing people skills & open minded ness is a power..use it to create your own world...that's one of the most amazing things I've learnt Hehe & there goes the enfp rant😂
@@julinielawrence1903 Make Art! ...just because; and don't spend time thinking of how to 'make money' from it, do it to express your soul. I make money doing this and that; I make Art to give my life meaning and Joy.
Teacher thing true tho. Better be a teacher at a private school or do some social work where you can actually reach out to people. The role of the teacher in most school systems doesnt really fit with the picture ENFPs have for being one
Would you also add that being a casual/ part-time-working teacher’s assistant in a private school would be better as well? Before watching this video, I had a goal to pursue studying education, but now i’m having second thoughts.
ENFP software engineer/developer here. Loved all the jobs I've had in the field! Every problem is different and new in some way and if they do get repetitive, you have a different and new problem of how to automate it! I couldn't imagine being happy doing any other 9 to 5 job!
I'm an ENFP SWE as well and I find it really boring and repetitive even when building something new. It's doing the same thing over and over and the only thing that's a little bit exciting is the starting point when creating a tech spec (which is the shortest period of the project basically). I don't understand how people get excited about solving a problem when implementing the solution is repetitive.
@@zekem6961 I agree. I think it depends on the size of the project/company and how your team and project is structured. I also felt the same as you - the only fun part of the project is the beginning and when it comes down to the nitty gritty, it becomes more of a chore than anything else. This is especially worse in a big team or a big enough product that you feel that you're just a cog in the machine. If you work with R&D or innovation, I think that lends to more flexibility and freedom (of course within limits), but once the product moves into implementation, then support, the problems become less and less interesting and there's more and more pressures/limits.
Same. Tech changes so much, it gives enfp a good amount of challenge. Sometimes too much i must admit, i get myself blocked by having so many ideas and having to sort them.
We should make a Discord for ENFP software engineers. I think we might really like chatting with each other :) I think there are problems we would relate to.
I had 17 different jobs before starting my first company. I like to start them, get them going, spending the time and money to build them. After that I want to move on. If you are reading the comments while listening to Dan @1.5X welcome to the club.
I'm an ENFP and I'm a Registered Nurse. It's an excellent career for me and for ENFPs in my opinion, especially given the massive amount of variety. You still get to teach, especially your patients at the bedside, have autonomy in making decisions related to your patients' health (based on your clinical judgement) or you could just change roles as nursing is so much broader than just being at the bedside. You can travel as Nurse, be a Nurse Lawyer, Case Manager, work as a Wound Ostomy Nurse, be an OR nurse, be a Forensic Nurse etc. Just ensure you have an outlet because it can be emotionally draining. I normally take spontaneous road trips to keep my sanity. Oh and in most cases you get to make your own schedule and work just three nights/days a week.
THANK YOU for this comment, brings me a lot of hope as an ENFP myself!! Studying to be a Registered Nurse + a Midwife atm (in Finland) and I'm struggling with school. I have to write so many papers I'm not so interested in and we're not even focusing on the anatomy or pharmacology as much as in being patient -centered and some more general values that I feel that are kinda natural to me plus cannot be taught in school like this anyway. I feel as though I'm not learning much, I'm being forced to sit on my computer writing kinda boring essays and all this pressure of having to be good and professional in practical work is building on me. I go to our short internships and I get so stressed by what co-workers think of me that I can barely even learn and it becomes this cycle of failure (90% of the failure is in my head). I have started to think about quitting, I feel so restricted sometimes and there is no energy for anything creative in my life anymore because of the endless boring assignments I take forever to write and sometimes I feel like the whole future is just black with this prison of work and stress and worrying if I'll ever be good enough. So, yeah, really didn't realize I had so much to say, sorry for this outburst haha. The point is, I'm thankful to hear another ENFP finds joy in this area of work I'm training in. Thank you and sorry :D
@@heta-stiinaridanpaa339 You're completely okay, I promise. For us, as ENFPs, we've got to learn how to streamline the process of studying and not bog ourselves down with details that aren't important. In order for you to get through nursing school, you need to find a routine for you. I know, routine, one of the things, we as ENFPs loathe the thought of. But what I'd normally do is after a day of lecture or clinicals (internships) I'd go home, workout, eat early and then go to bed super early. I would then wake up around 2 or 3 in the morning and study my nursing material. It was quiet and way less distractions. Of course being the ENFPs we are, we need some noise in the background, so I'd study with lo-fi hip hop that was mainly instrumentals. In terms of understanding the material, just go right to the nursing process, based on what's appropriate for your country and go from there. Don't forget to do practice quizzes and exams after each topic you study. It's challenging and fun, but it allows you to fail without consequence while still giving you the ability to be optimistic about that upcoming exam or paper. You've got this.
Kyzzle112718 Thank you for this amazing reply!! I’ll try and find a way to make a routine like this ( how is this personality type -thing so accurate, I do loathe routines!!) for the sake of my studies. Also the practice tests are a really good tip, I should really do them more often to make my overly positive self more realistic 😄👍🏽 Thank you.
Kyzzle112718 I’m an ENFP Registered Nurse too. I have become a CNC and a Specialist and acted as a Manager all before I was 30. The problem is sometimes I find myself so passionate when it comes to patient care that I resent the lazy people that don’t care. Why don’t they work for Costco, these are people’s lives! It’s an important job! So teach and I speak in seminars and I always put my all into what I do, I come up with inspirational ideas and sometimes get told to sorta calm down and think practically. But I love my job.
Agreed to all the above! I still think we’re just not built for work in general unless we have complete autonomy and can only survive in most corporate structures if we’ve reconciled and honed in on what we find rewarding about the career amongst all the tedious process that we hate and get exhausted by... great video as always Dan! 👍🏼
Totally agree there, in corporate it's maybe not the actual work that fires us up as much as the outcome (?) for example, I like getting paid because it's freedom. Got to travel a lot with work, freedom. Talk to interesting people, but more than that be completely engaged with interesting concepts, 100%. All that is good. But the structures, politics, competition, any whiff of immorality (not just in your own company but having to enable immoral other companies) ... it's just ... honestly it can really negatively impact your mental health. I got really depressed for a few years there in corporate.
Well as an enfp currently working as a teacher. I have to say that I do find a lot of restrictions in my day to day however, I also found out, those restrictions force me to find really creative approaches and solutions. I feel fulfilled and successful
Hey Danna, i’m ENFP too and I always had the dream of becoming a teacher. Now that I saw this video, it kinda brings me down, any motivation or inspirational speech for a future ENFP teacher?
@@marc-andrebrodeur8324 Sure! As an Enfp you'll find very interesting ways of approaching people's way of learning, you'll get to connect with students and consequently connect with different parts of yourself in the process of getting to know all those different personalities from a perspective not many people get to see. I would say, focus on the good things and do your best to frame difficulties as challenges that will enrich your knowledge :)
I am an infp and I was an architect. You are right, architect is a very tedious job. There are a lot of project management and meeting. I quit. I only design and build my own house.
@@kyen685 hey! If you keep wondering if you wanna continue or switch or what to switch to, you should read this book called 'so good they cant ignore you' by cal newport. It changed the way I think about building a career. Highly recommend it to help get your thoughts in order.
@@Sahityagreat Thank you very much! I'll read it. I wasn't able to pass a research proposal that's due today, so I'd have another year again in this course. :( Anyways, I'll look on the bright side. Thanks again for the book recommendation.
I taught public school until my daughter was born. You are so right. I was making an impact. I was changing lives then came state mandated testing. " You will teach this. You will teach it this way" I wept and wept Then I got pregnant and immediately I became a homeschool mom. Seriously, I started doing sign language to my three day old child. :) As time went by I taught group classes of kids and parents. I loved it The freedom was empowering.
As a hopefully soon to be ex-teacher I couldn’t agree more with the teaching thing. I think if you can take more of a coaching role as an enfp teacher that’s much better because yes bureaucracy along with having to teach the same things again and again is awfully boring and soul destroying 😤
can i ask what is your opinion on being a university lecturer? from what i see you always kinda have to improve yourself and the working hours are quite flexible
I started as seller in the fashion industry and quickly went promoted to be a boss. To be a boss when you are an enfp is hell. Lots of boring burocratic papers, dealing withnon enthusiastic workers that see you as the enemy, rules everywhere... People don't understand that you are a nice and warm person who enjoys a good laugh and then you are super serious at work and want the thing well done. You are always fighting because deep down they know you are a pink unicorn. It's exhausting. I'm a writer now. Not an english writer, don't worry XD I'm spanish.
Whew thanks for saying that ... have to say I just DO NOT want to be a boss lol. Not a traditional corporate boss anyway. Like ever. 11 years in corporate and am super happy in current role, commercial strategy advisor. You basically lead large commercial deals but don't take the glory. But everyone knows you did all the work, or the negotiating, in close collaboration with the actual salesperson. (Negotiating was hard at first but when you go in there 100% authentic, all you have to do is learn to have boundaries.) They talk about career progression and I'm like ... hm. Well it's to keep this job until I can hopefully have a second baby; save all my money and stay at home for 2-3 years; then transition to social work ... ? But not a boss. Good validation! Best of luck with writing!
I’m an online teacher consultant. I own my own business. I help other teachers find their niche. I’m involved in creating video and other marketing material for myself and others. I help teachers create an online classroom and consult them regarding other paths available in online teaching from starting an online store to creating curriculum for online teachers. There’s always an opportunity to do something different. I will say the day in day out teaching with a company did bore me after 2 years but it helped me understand the industry and be able to branch out on my own. Online freelance/independent teaching removes the administrative shackles involved in the brick and mortar or traditional education setting.
I'm an ENFP in digital marketing. I'm not the biggest fan. I want to be a content creator, but all these firms want is someone who is good at parsing through spreadsheets. Most content creation nowadays is closely connected to gig culture. A lot of companies would rather pay a photographer for a couple hours then hire on a full-time person who can create multiple different kinds of content, full-time in house. It's very frustrating. I've been freelancing and looking for work with companies that have a strong culture, but to be honest... the jobs just aren't panning out the way I'd like, and I'm looking at a giant career change in my early 30's. I've always wanted to be a writer, but the state of publishing makes me second guess myself. Right now I'm driving food delivery, and honestly, I'd rather set my own hours and be my own boss while making 40k a year then I would slaving for 50+ hours a week to post shit up on IG for 35K... my career is a mess.
Dan, don’t forget HR, that was painfully disappointing career path (at least to me) as well. Particularly in the manufacturing area. A lot of ESTPs & ESTJs. I still get nightmares....
nishant chimote I think I agree with Dan, in the sense that an ENFP can do anything but we’re more more likely to be successful in particular environments. Working in HR in a manufacturing plant where rules are so black and white (no to mention militaristically strict) and aggression is high is incredibly suffocating/draining. Whereas working at a advertising firm with creatives, thinking of positive/progressive employee relations work events or something to that effect are much more suitable.
I did well in personnel when it was a class. These days HR is less of a helping department and more of an office representing the interests of the employer. ENFP would do better as an advocate.
I've thought of all these fields. I wanted to be a teacher, a lawyer and of course, an architect at some point too. I've also thought of art and right now, I'm a writer. I have to say, your video has helped me remove a lot of confusion.
Love your videos and advice! I don't subscribe to many things, but feel that your channel has been valuable to me. As and ENFP-A (assertive) male I am taking the leap into the entrepreneur world because my conscience won't let me stay in the work-a-day world! I like my job and have there for over 14 years now, but it's never been enough! I love to teach and have had great success as a counselor and therapist for years, which is ironic because I never wanted to be a "teacher", just an influencer. My entrepreneurial passion and dream are to teach people how to leave their jobs and start their lives online, teaching people how to effectively market their business by becoming a trusted advisor who speaks "prospect" so they are partner NOT a peddler to their customers. I've always been about helping people find more joy, happiness, effectiveness in their lives and want to bring that same impact to helping people build their information businesses online so that they are location independent, leveraging their business for more money with less effort, and having the sense of fulfillment, purpose, and financial freedom they deserve. My favorite saying is "It's never too late to become the person you could have been." Sorry for the long first comment, but I am passionate about what I am doing and going to do and looking forward to watching more of your videos :>)
I am never satisfied and have spent so many miserable hours obtaining the degree I currently hold and I am just miserable. I am ADD on top of being an ENFP so I feel like I have all this creativity bursting from my seams but I am so encapsulated in misery and boredom coupled with chasing my tail all day every day...I have no clue how to just take a leap or even where to start. It is not a fun reality. I want to live for myself and be in the present and happy for myself for a change. But I’m stuck. And it just sucks to feel like there isn’t a clear way to leap into something that would make me fulfilled and the truest form of my creative self, my success driven self and balance it all while still being me but the happy me...it just causes me so much stress...😞 I always enjoy your videos. You are a great source of inspiration and information...thank you friend!!
I am an ENFP and have my own estate planning law firm. I love hearing about how my clients have lived and what their dreams are. I feel like i can find truths about life (philosophy major~) after i study many samples from my work. I ask many questions to my clients, and I get so excited to hear something unique about each person. Sometimes i feel like I am abusing "attorney-client privilege" for my own curiosity. But i believe it helps to do my work well for my clients. I have a dream job. :)
First-year teacher here! I agree. It's exciting, I love it so far, but my vision is that I teach here for a few years, and then I have to figure it out how can I be independent.
such valuable content, I always thought something is wrong with me changing lifes, jobs and countries. ;) Just fed up with digital marketing and want to eventually start doing what I am doing for free anyway: motivating and teaching people moving along with life - thanks Dan!
So true. I trained as an ESL teacher for adults, and while I hugely enjoy the actual teaching part, even the dull studying for the citizenship test prep, the paperwork and attendance and the stages of learning each person needs to have proof of passing through... Ugh. My favourite job was being a substitute, because then I just showed up, and the material was there, but I could also veer off into other topics if I wanted to, because I didn't have all the pressure on me. I could chat with the students and just ask about the challenges they'd faced that week. And then we would practice how to ask for help finding something at the grocery store, or discuss a confusing idiom someone had heard. All the fun, none of the stress! I'm excellent at cultivating a friendly classroom environment, where the learners are challenged but not afraid to make mistakes. I'm not good at sticking to (or remembering) the guidelines to move people evenly along the path to fluency. I'm out of that now, although I still tutor a little bit. Mostly because a former student hunted me down kept texting me until I agreed. 🤷 (I think she's a ESFJ, haha!)
You ABSOLUTELY hit the nail on the head with #2... I'm learning the hard way! I am definitely more creative, and like the high-level view of things. Spreadsheets and analytics are NOT my thing.
I wanted to be so many things and have had so many flirtations with diffrent careers but nothing ever sticks :( When I was younger I wanted to be an architect but hated all the processing and now really just do designing for a fun hobbie (like building models) then, I wanted to be a psychoanalyst or a psychiatrist but decided against it as a long term career path because I get way to personally attached to people who connect with me in deep genuine ways and that sounded like trouble to me but I still like learning about it and read lots of books on the subjects and I do like to be the one people talk to, Then I thought I wanted to be a costume designer for plays and theater production and I thought it would be perfect only my time management isnt amazing and I wasnt able to stick to a schedual well. I always get compliments on my writing and most people I know well think I should do that but I write for myself and never really want to share most of my work because its so personal, I also have been told I should work with kids but they absolutly terrify me because I worry I'll be a bad influince on them, that they will die on my watch ( I have killed to many fish and know better) or that I will let them get away with stuff then they will get in trouble and it will be my fault. I'm younger so I have time to try other things but, I don;t really think I'll ever have like a life long career I will stay in forever. I imagine I will hop from one thing to the next always seeking new experiences even if i find something I really like I have actually had a lot of jobs though and I have hated almost every one of them and one I only had for 4 hours! But, I did like working at ahealth food store because there were mostly free spirited hippy people around me all day and it was like being at a yoga festival :) they would burn sage and tell me stories about things then, we would discuss herbs and nutraceuticals it was amazing until I was "let go" since I was only a temp. Still it was the longest job I have ever had lasting a whole 6 weeks
I agree with this, it was the same for me. I changed many jobs but funny is that the most I liked working in a hostel because I was surrounded by free spirited people. I think thats very important for us ENFPs, being surrounded by people we can connect with, even when working.
@@luciapascuttini5065 Yeah, exactly!! It easier to work with people who just vibe well with me and are more open!! I think most of my co workers in the past were sensors and that was especially difficult for me as well since they never really understood me that well and I met some people who pretty hard to be around. I had a lot of them commented on me not being a strong presence at work or not pushy enough when making a sale ( i hate trying to get someone to buy something they don't need or want ) and they also gas-lighted me too occasionally because they saw me as weak I think. I loved being around people who were more emotionally connected, positive, less assertive, and more passive, they were my people. I gotta find more of those job environments!! I will manifest good opportunities if I stay open to them and not just settle for being totally uncomfortable in a job that isn't right with people who are negatively effecting me. Keeping those good vibrations elevated and seeking free spirits!!
Omg ahahaha this is so me... I change my mind every day, I have so many ideas and ispirations, you can’t understand, or maybe yes. I have some periods like this one in which I feel that I can do whatever I want, I want to do THOUSAND of things, I also do lists or I write the, on my diary... But I don’t like the feeling that I have to stay in the same workplace forever, it gives me a sense of stuck, a sense of imprisonment... I love being with kids, I worked for a month on a school bus, and I loved talking with them, listening to their theories and beliefs... I used to tell people that I wanted to be a psychologist, but the period of time in my country (Italy) is really long, almost 9 years of study, and the feeling and thought of studying for 9 years a careeer that probably in the meanwhile I would have changed, it sounded too complicated, so I decided to search for a job, and I think that after this horrible pandemia I will travel working, somehow.
After getting out of the military, I found myself doing customer service and hospitality while traveling and living in amazingly idealist places, and happy with that... It’s like, the best life for me, is a passionate life doing what I love, or living where I love and working for that.
Lots and lots of details in architecture - but that led me into a small, specialized planning firm (hotel and hospital material management, one-on-one planning individual spaces) and that led to doing GIS (Geographic Information System - electronic mapping) for a small Indian Tribe where you have to wear a lot of different hats - where I've been, quite happily for the last 28 years. This has been successful for me. -Tom
Ok, soo, just let me tell this: I just find out that I'm and ENFP instead of an INFP and I got SOOO MUCH STUFF TO LEARN, OMG!!! I'll watch all of your videos dude! Thanks for helping us ENFPs in this world of ESTJs hahaa ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks man!I am an ENFP and I wanted to become an architect. After some design work and understanding a bit about the field, I realized that is not my path.I am very happy that I saw "architecture" in this video and also "teacher" which I also thought about!
I'm an ENFP who started my career as a teacher. After working in public and private schools and even homeschooling my own kids (& never really loving any of the jobs & outright hating some) I've started my own tutoring/coaching company and for the first time in my life I love what I do. My schedule, my ideas while utilizing my experience. I did always love subbing, by the way, which is a great part time or interim job for ENFP's, but the rule was no more than 2-3 days in the same gig to keep it fun. Substitute teaching is all the fun of interacting with students, but none of the administrative junk (once you took attendance) as long as you aren't in the same classroom for too many days. Pay is better than a lot of part time work, but probably not enough to make a good living.
I'm and ENPF working in Digital Marketing and I must say I enjoy it. Marketing is so broad its hard to say whether its good or bad - highly depends on the freedom you have and the product you promote. Once you do get to be creative and add your icing to the cake marketing is pretty awesome :) As most ENPFs, I have no issue when it comes to moving to new countries and adapting to them. Marketing with a strong international focus (including cultural & linguistic barriers) is thus also something exciting that I would recommend if you think Marketing is something you might like. Its not a defo no no for us :)
Im an ENFP and I pursued a career in 3D animation, I loved the study and classroom environment, but found that when it came to working for animation companies, they try to hire you for as cheap as possible and get you to work as long as possible which I really really hated! I did manage to work on some really cool stuff during my career, but animation is simply dead to me now. I was an animation teacher for a while which was really cool, but I could never get rid of the anxious feeling in my chest that I was somehow teaching them wrong and second guessing myself... I really wish that would go away
Hi! I‘m an ENFP and I was so hit by the third one - the teacher. I’m studying German and Philosophy (in Germany) to “become a teacher” but in the beginning of this year I realized that i can’t imagine myself in a school for the rest of my life. I love teaching kids, discuss with them philosophical topics, but I don’t want to become a teacher because of the things you have told. My dreams in my head show teaching kids outside of the institution school - in my way, with in my opinion relevant topics and not under the control of this institution. Before I saw your video I didn’t expect that being a teacher comes up. Thank you for this video. Greetings
I managed to go from designing/producing for a tech co to working as a digital designer for an agency for non-for-profit clients. It took a while to work out that the Facebook clicks/lead gen was the main driver... and the "concepting" was held tight by our old-school madmen creative director. Now, after nomadding for a couple of years since, I'm back home as a UX designer in-house for an NFP. I feel like this channel resonates... just a little.
ENFP high school teacher here, who regrets not being an architect. Free and happy fellow ENFPS, don’t take on the conflict, paperwork, and chains of teaching.
I'm lucly because I'm a graphic design teacher, there's always new things to teach and experiment with students, different and new projects to work on. I think it works with teaching creative subjects.
I’ve been workin in architecture for over 20 years. I m an ENFP an it is the passion that never stops producing. You have to find your niche and then the flow starts to work it’s magic. It always changes, and you have to put in the time to find the balance.
Wow you exactly summariesed what I learned about myself while teaching in a Higschool in Germany. I love to see my impact on students and to create lessons but the system is nothing for me and a lot of the informations students get due the curriculum are nonsense - makes me sick.
Asking to hang out at an architecture firm for a day put me off. One of the best career decisions, highly recommend. If you're trying to pick a path, ask for a career experience day. Another thing I found super helpful was to pick an industry or niche as opposed to a profession/field. That could be something you would be happy to write about all day. It's somewhere you can get specialized industry/niche experience even if you end up changing professions. It could also help increase demand for your specialisation.Eg. A coach who specialises in working with Myers Briggs ENFP personalities, a marketer who specialises in working with pet companies, a lawyer who specialises in IT consulting, an IT consultant who specialises in SAAS.
As an ENFP, being a teacher in the United States, it was exactly what was said in this video. It was great in year 1-3. At the end of year 3, I just felt limited and frustrated. It was terrible.
As a creative advertising copywriter who has worked the digital field, I agree with the notion that it's difficult to market brands you don't vouch for. The important part is knowing that you CAN make a difference in people's lives in ANY business, just by using your skills and emotions. We are the concrete connecting the bricks, if we dare to connect with co-workers. And we are brave, braver than most. We can go out there and start our own company, because we understand people very well. It's a gift :) Don't feel like you've lost because of who you are. It's like telling Harry Potter he's a zero because he flunked alchemy. Not everyone was meant to work spreadsheets - and your work is needed in this world too. Find out where you can make a difference and go do that.
Danish ENFP who had thought of becoming all of these. I have always had a passion for psychology though, my average just isn't high enough (You need straight A's in Denmark to study psychology at the universities, don't know if it's the same in other countries) so when i graduate this summer, I will try to become a socialworker, I hope it doesn't suck! If a ENFP socialworker sees this, pls let me know your thoughts! :)
As an ENFP who has done a lot of work in sales, I think it can be a great career for us if it’s in an industry that you can get behind and be passionate about. I’ve been in sales for a couple industries that just sucked my soul and I had to be so fake in front of my clients, it made me miserable. I walked away from $80k per year at age 24 because of this.
I totally respect your opinion, but you should know that your video makes a hige impact for so many ENFP'S who are trying to decide their future. that's why i want to say to all the ENFP'S out there BE WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE. MBTI isn't scientific to make you determine your future ! Plus, you will change and your personality will change (I've seen it) and you will lose a chance just because you watched a video telling you not to do it. My advice for you is to try it then decide whether it suits you or not
Does that advice apply if the person needs to get $50,000 to $150,000 of debt to get the degree to try it out? I agree that people should consult lots of sources to decide what they want to do...and in my experience enfps get pretty poor advice on these careers and tend to be disappointed because they decided based on false or poor information about what the career is really like on a day to day level.
I am studying the first year of university - education... after four years of high school with an educational focus. I'm just starting to realize that it might not be that great of an idea. I love working with children, but more as a mother/aunt/friend. Not an "authority figure". But what else am I supposed to do? This was the only thing that made sense for me. My only goal in life. I'm absolutely lost.
Okay, now im worried. Im an Actvist ENFP and in my second year on literature and portuguese language(I'm from Brazil) for teaching and now I'm lost ;;;; I've always struggled the sistem but i kinda of fit in, but always criticised . Im wiling to be a teacher so I can help other students, even though I cant change de system, if I can do one little change inside one student, it will worth it. Bu yeah, probably its just me dreamin high and away from reality....
I think I'm an ENFP. I'm currently studying biology, and I'm interested in anthropology, I find it cool to study the reasons behind people do things. And as a hoby I play piano and guitar. I still don't know what to do as a biologist but I wanna help the world, and probably investigate new things for science, maybe be an activist. I also have a slight entp vibe lol
Career #1 eerily accurate on my side. I'm a Landscape Architecture intern working in an architectural firm! I barely ever design! :'( Feels like I'm in a box! 😭😭😭
Hi, ENFP here and former architect... I have waisted so much time in this, it is like my mind could not handle the disappointment on profession so I continued with this and struggled every single day. The signs that it may not be for you are at school already, but you ignore that as you are learning new and mastering the design process after that. The worst part for me was not being actually free in designing, at the end you are making what budget allows and you're converting other people vision to meet technical and legal requirements. If I can advise anything- take part in architectural competitions maybe instead of actual staying in profession, and search for something new that will make you happy, it has to be something better out there! :)
I am an ENFP and ended up being a teacher for AND I HATE IT ... So, I started my coaching business in order to get out of the teaching. The teaching is draining me soooooooooo much. I love the kids and am drowning in admin .... :(
Jokes aside, it is sometimes painfully mundane, but not beyond bearing. When you work in a team (which you always do unless you work on tiny projects. The Fountainhead/Hollywood story of architects working solo is a lie), you can sorts tasks amongst the team so the strengths of each member are utilized. For me, I'm the big idea/initial design guy. My studio mates are more code and procedure oriented.
So on point. I started doing freelancing for Facebook ads and it got real boring for me. I’m also a marketing coordinator and it just feels like an admin position. Ugh. My other side hustle is selling clothes online and I think I’m going to pursue this one. It’s fun looking for deals for me
Damn! I’m an ENFP and ever since I’m 10 I’ve had the thought of being an architect . I was never really sure tho cause I haven’t looked into what kind of jobs you end up having as an architect. I’ve also found marketing interesting but my mom does market research and spends waaay to much time on the computer, so I started leaning towards publicity as an alternate option. Just like you described it, the creative process of it sounds so fun and I like the psychology that goes into understanding the consumer. Never thought of teaching tho. Guess I’m running out of options, what would you suggest as a career? I’m starting 11th grade.
Hmm, choosing a career seems really hard for us ENFPs as we like to explore multiple possibilities and it's hard to be satisfied with only one choice... Personally I ended up going with product design(aka industrial design), it involves the creative process and requires use of brainstorming, ideation and concepts, which us ENFPs are naturally good at. It can also be quite flexible as a career choice as you can work on different projects and companies after you graduate, depending on the portfolio you build. And it's the most common to be a part of a team which helps satisfy our social needs hahah. Good luck, I am sure you can find something that fits you 😉 !
Veen Art thanksss! I actually just picked a similar career. It’s called industrial engineering, it’s about problem solving, system making and product upgrading. I liked a lot that even though it’s an engineering, since it’s not that specific, you take a wide variety of subjects such as physics, chemistry and math but also some psychology, marketing and design. After that I’ll take a look at publicity majors, but I’m really excited about my career choice at the moment and I think as an ENFP it’ll keep my need to learn new things satisfied. Thanks for the tip!! I really appreciate it and hopefully it can help someone else as well. ❣️
I am an enfp. I am imaginative and creative. I want to have my own firm after my graduation because I have good entrepreneurial skills. But this guy changed my mind. Suggest me some.
Doing construction really sucks for me haha, doesn’t meet my social needs. But when I bartend, I have so much fun doing it. Maybe sales would be a great move I’m thinking😊
I can totally relate to what you’re saying about being a teacher ! I am so passionate and curious and I love the contact with the students but I hate the discipline and the whole system ! I think I could be a better teacher at university level, plus the subjects are more varied ! So that’s my next goal..
i am an ENFP public school teacher and love it though i hated it at first but the relationship building is my favorite part and outweighs the stuff i hate
I was preparing myself to be an arcitect my whole life: Art school, drawing courses, i changed my university to better one in germany. Now im working in small architect studio and at the faculty and still studiyng. And i didnt knew that im an enfp at all. I did test like 5 times and yes, i think i should figure that out
i have discussed aubout Jung's personality theory with several psychology/-therapy students and with one assistant, who studying this since 7 years. They said this is no more ligit in modern psychology. If you believe in something and this make you happy its wonderful but trust things like that to specialists. i would so
Teaching depends on the subject. I was going to teach biology but that's so repetitive so I switched to design and technology. It's more creative and I hope it works out. If not I'll do a third degree and become a nurse
Whewwww being a teaching ....I have less than 30 days before I start my new career. We don't get to create the curriculum anymore, the system wants you to be a robot...not for me...7 years too long.
Do you have a list of careers that our fellow ENFP’s have worked in, while also being successful at? Prior to being forced to change careers after a near fatal car accident, I was an industrial electrician. Considering I worked mostly construction (moving from job site to job site, from one state to the next, every few months), that career suited my personality extremely well. I’m just curious if other ENFP’s have also found similar career satisfaction as an industrial electrician, working construction, _especially_ as a woman working in a male dominated field.
Thank you. As an ENFP + Architect w/ 25 years of experience - this ALL finally makes sense! Yes, it can be such a soul-crushing experience. After running my own show for a bunch of years w/ mixed results. I've recently worked for others again - in a new city. I very much struggled to say the least. Time for a reboot. Thanks for some validation that I am not crazy!
Hello friend! Thank You for Your impulse-I am hardly suffering with a decision to become an (alternative, sustainable/green design) architect again and again, coming back to it again and again-could I ask for an opinion and experience? Is it not just what Dan said, are there even more apects/doings I/ENFP - uncompatible? Cheers and all the best!
Oh god... Literally studying marketing with a direction in digital marketing... Really doesn't excite me... Even working at a cafeteria excites me more. Maybe I should do graphic design or UI/UX Design. Kinda lost. Any advice? :)
What would you say about ENFPs are professors rather than teachers? I'm a female ENFP (with high Ti, idk I might be an ENTP? I'm sure about the Ne though) who's a law student (but also actively studying Economics and Psychology) and I'm hoping to become a professor who does policy research. I've wrongly glorified professions before and wouldn't want to make the same mistake again. Do let me know what you think
I was hoping that architecture wouldn't come up in your video but... And I ooop... HAHAHA. I'm currently in my 5th year in architecture and I've been having a hard time since my first year. I wanted to shift to a different course but I don't know where to shift. You know, we're interested in a lot of things. So here I am... I have decided to finish what I've started. It would be an achievement for our types to finish something, right? Hahahuhuhu I have an additional year before I could finish because I failed two subjects before. I might even end up with another year if my research proposal won't be approved.
All robotic work sucks for me. I almost hate that type of photography work where I just edit photos on photoshop. It’s all the same in the end when you know it. And all the photos everywhere start to look the same, always same tricks been used. I’ve tried almost all type of photography fields now. I’m crazy!
oh no! I just discover that I am ENFP. I just graduated as a Physics High School Teacher. I choose this course because of my parents. They believe that being a teacher in my country is a best job to have a stable life. I convinced my self that someday I will be satisfied at my course. I really love to share information/ideas to people. But when I went to internship, I have a lot of realization. And then when I graduated, I'm reflecting to what I really want to do in my life. I want to explore and I want to become a entrepreneur. And then now that you tell us that high school teacher is not fit to enfp, i don't know what to do, I don't want to disappoint my parents and also my dream is not really fit to my reality right now. I don't have enough money, skills and knowledge to start a business.
Hey Dan, I am an ENFP who studied astronomy during my undergrad, and I really enjoy the topic, but realized quickly that what I enjoyed most was sharing knowledge about astronomy with others rather than conducting research. That made me more interested in being a university lecturer or a teacher, since making connections with people is where I thrive the most. I'm actually doing a Masters of Science Communication at the moment, which addresses the "teaching astronomy" principle in an informal setting. I'm noticing that this might be a better fit for an ENFP like me though, especially since there is more freedom with what you teach in SciComm, and there isn't a strict cirriculum to follow as well, which I greatly appreciate! Would teaching through a path such as science communication would be more ideal rather than lecturing at a university for an ENFP? Or would lecturing with multiple side projects also be a suitable option?
I am kind of relieved to hear teacher on that list bc all the years since I started studies in psychology I am struggling with deciding if I should better become a teacher. But something kept me from really becoming it all that time. It is probably the lack of freedom in that job that always turns me off in the end.
@@enfp is marketing a good career for an enfp (i don't mean digital marketing ) Actually I'm interested in neuro marketing And I don't know if it good for me
Can I get an opinion on these healthcare careers and if they could be a good fit for me. I'm very Enfp and ADHD. The options are nurse, physical therapist, and dentist. Thoughts?
I got a job as a swimming teacher with zero experience. I have a wide net of structure where I can swim and crate my own classes. Love it. And I’ve had many different jobs before this one 🤪
Before coronavirus I was a private school teacher for after school as an ENFP. I miss the job every day. Having watched the teaching segment I totally agree and would recommend if someone is interested in teaching to try to find private school which circumvents and cuts through many of the bureaucratic red tape and provides a lot more freedom. As an example I got competitive foam fighting (larp as a sport) as a sanctioned after school activity on Fridays. The school loved it. Kids loved it. Parents were skeptical until I got a foam sword in their hands. Private school would be the way to go.
I am a graphic designer, I do some teaching from time to time and I have started to become interested in marketing and I'm doing fine. People usually get dissapointed with dealing with clients at creative jobs, not just ENFPs, everybody.
@@asixgarganego8212 Turns out I think I'm actually en ENTP. I've been a graphic designer for over 10 years now. I've never liked freelancing or dealing with clients about money so I allways work for companies. They manage that so I can just desing. Lately I find it quite boring so I am studing a masters in education next year and hopefully educatinal psicology when I finish that. I've been doing ok.
sad to hear you dislike your job, but I loved your version of [Evanescence -tourniquet!] :D ruclips.net/video/IhQWka-m2YI/видео.html I love singing myself, in a Red hot Chili peppers tributeband. Maybe a band could be a good side hustle for yourself?
I'm an ENFP and an interior design student. I hate paperwork and decided that I want to be a set designer for film production instead of interior designer because it seems a lot more fun. But the problem is, I don't know how 😭
ENFP and interior architect here! Not gonna lie, drawing plans is a NIGHTMARE, its super boring and repetitive. BUT its different from architecture and indeed i wouldnt recommend architecture iether. Interior architects have more freedom --> whether it be scenography in movies or theaters (which changes everytime depending on the script) or whether its designing schools or a spa. You constantly get different opportunities and work with many people. Networking is even here still very important. The designing aspect and creating concepts is the most fun. So when making floorplans you just have to bite trough it.
What about psychiatrist?
Is it tough, i m planning to take eng degree
what are you doing now?
I did the same with nursing. I hate it. I hate the industry and the same ole same ole red tape we cant do anything for you attitude. Im learning more about myself and what best fits me. Thanks to these videos and others like it.
An ENFP who completed engineering only to find that he is not build for it. 😂
ENFPs are born to be CEOs. I see myself fighting for rights all the time.
Depends how you mean CEO. Proper CEO of large company, not a good fit.
@@enfp hmm, why not..? 💭 💭 💭
@@acharich maybe because if you ceo of a large company you'll get bored feeling that you really didn't good any significant things

If you have a big company the only thing you could do is to maintain it and that's sucks
@@acharich ENFP have a hard time following rules and are too random to follow structure, proper company is all about rules and structure

I'm an enfp who studied law & I must saw I did it because of the people pleasing societal pressure thing, & after graduating & having a year working I literally just couldn't take it anymore, but I must say I felt it the entire time I was doing it..I just used to try convince myself I would grow into liking it, or find a niche that would suit me but the paperwork it's kinda similar to the architectural thing, the processing of the same paper work constantly & the fact that you have to compete for recognition..bearing in mind that's not how enfps work..i don't know how I never realized it before but yeah I was losing & trying to compete in an entj type world because my entj friend was thriving at this..eventually however I took a year off to just discover myself & went through this intense self awareness that made me realise that all my life I loved food, I loved working with food, I loved the variety of flavours..the creativity & I loved travel..so I joined culinary school & I must say since food was a passion since I was a kid & I was able to put my love for travelling with my love for food & interacting with people..so I travel to different countries get to become a chef & I also discovered that I love interacting but more so holding small group functions where people can have a space to be openly be themselves & we can interact on philosophical, deep, social issues while at the same time enjoying food...having this creative space has allowed me to be able to express my creativity but also be authentic to who I Am..I eventually want to open up a small place( I don't want to call it restaurant or cafe) because it's more than that..I want to open a boho, artsy, space where I can serve street food from all over the world with the type of flavours I love,..id love it to be a space where people can read books & introverts can feel comfortable, intimate lighting, sofas, lots of plants & a place where people can still be able to have those close knit interactions with friends..I want it to be a representation of the true hippie that lives within all of us..just fun good vibes
Stepping out of structure & allowing me to create my own structure has enabled me to be more expressive in the things I'd like to see more of in the world by being that..& finding my space in the world..Its allowed me to create forums with my friends mostly infps with the organization of an entj to be able to try precipitate change in regards to people being open to freely being themselves, not having to be linear & talking on creating awareness on mental & emotional health & it's been fun because everyday is different..& I love that as an enfp all I'd like to say to 9ther enfps is be bold..you don't have to to try fit the mild to feel like you belong or have a space in this world..because for us our creativity, ingenuity our ability to have amazing people skills & open minded ness is a power..use it to create your own world...that's one of the most amazing things I've learnt

Teacher thing true tho. Better be a teacher at a private school or do some social work where you can actually reach out to people. The role of the teacher in most school systems doesnt really fit with the picture ENFPs have for being one
So true
Would you also add that being a casual/ part-time-working teacher’s assistant in a private school would be better as well? Before watching this video, I had a goal to pursue studying education, but now i’m having second thoughts.
1. Architecture
2. Digital Marketing
3. High School teacher or teaching in a school
It worth it listening to it!
I created the discord server btw, but it keeps blocking my link, if anyone wants to join feel free to DM. Would love to talk and meet all of you :)
Thanks for sharing your insights with everyone!
Thanks Cam!

I am an infp and I was an architect. You are right, architect is a very tedious job. There are a lot of project management and meeting. I quit. I only design and build my own house.
Totally relatable

@@Sahityagreat Thank you very much! I'll read it. I wasn't able to pass a research proposal that's due today, so I'd have another year again in this course. :( Anyways, I'll look on the bright side. Thanks again for the book recommendation.
I taught public school until my daughter was born. You are so right. I was making an impact. I was changing lives then came state mandated testing. " You will teach this. You will teach it this way" I wept and wept
Then I got pregnant and immediately
I became a homeschool mom. Seriously, I started doing sign language to my three day old child. :) As time went by I taught group classes of kids and parents. I loved it
The freedom was empowering.
As a hopefully soon to be ex-teacher I couldn’t agree more with the teaching thing. I think if you can take more of a coaching role as an enfp teacher that’s much better because yes bureaucracy along with having to teach the same things again and again is awfully boring and soul destroying 😤
omg, thanks for the warning!
Thank you!
can i ask what is your opinion on being a university lecturer? from what i see you always kinda have to improve yourself and the working hours are quite flexible
Preach! ❤

Dan, don’t forget HR, that was painfully disappointing career path (at least to me) as well. Particularly in the manufacturing area. A lot of ESTPs & ESTJs.
I still get nightmares....
So what field of business will u suggest for ENFP.. from the options - finance, hr, marketing,
nishant chimote I think I agree with Dan, in the sense that an ENFP can do anything but we’re more more likely to be successful in particular environments.
@@catherinetreme3527 thanks for the insight.. Will search more abt it more
I did well in personnel when it was a class. These days HR is less of a helping department and more of an office representing the interests of the employer. ENFP would do better as an advocate.
Diana White I completely agree!
My favorite saying is "It's never too late to become the person you could have been."
Sorry for the long first comment, but I am passionate about what I am doing and going to do and looking forward to watching more of your videos :>)

Hello friend, what were You studying and what are You doing now? As an INFP I can imagine and pursue my ideal imaginative journey...all the best!
Hello ! I feel the same way as you. Did yoy find something ?
I'm here to help you do so when the time is right :)
such valuable content, I always thought something is wrong with me changing lifes, jobs and countries. ;) Just fed up with digital marketing and want to eventually start doing what I am doing for free anyway: motivating and teaching people moving along with life - thanks Dan!
I wanted to be so many things and have had so many flirtations with diffrent careers but nothing ever sticks :(
When I was younger I wanted to be an architect but hated all the processing and now really just do designing for a fun hobbie (like building models) then, I wanted to be a psychoanalyst or a psychiatrist but decided against it as a long term career path because I get way to personally attached to people who connect with me in deep genuine ways and that sounded like trouble to me but I still like learning about it and read lots of books on the subjects and I do like to be the one people talk to, Then I thought I wanted to be a costume designer for plays and theater production and I thought it would be perfect only my time management isnt amazing and I wasnt able to stick to a schedual well. I imagine I will hop from one thing to the next always seeking new experiences even if i find something I really like
I have actually had a lot of jobs though and I have hated almost every one of them and one I only had for 4 hours!

Omg my mother want me to be an architecture and my father wants me to be a teacher 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I'm happy i have never listened 😁😁😁😁😁

Once you do get to be creative and add your icing to the cake marketing is pretty awesome :)
As most ENPFs, I have no issue when it comes to moving to new countries and adapting to them.
I’m an ENFP wanting to become a UX designer! So this is good news. I think I’d really love it.

Digital marketing sooooo trueeeee! I got even worse, out of home media😓
I know. I've tried learning digital marketing and all the talks about stats, data and analytics really scares me.
As an ENFP, being a teacher in the United States, it was exactly what was said in this video. It was great in year 1-3. At the end of year 3, I just felt limited and frustrated. It was terrible.
I am an ENFP. Now I am a nurse. I don't want to continue in this field. But I couldn't find a passion in my life. I am fed up with my life.
you're right, just quit my job as a digital marketer :((
How are you doing now?
As a creative advertising copywriter who has worked the digital field, I agree with the notion that it's difficult to market brands you don't vouch for. The important part is knowing that you CAN make a difference in people's lives in ANY business, just by using your skills and emotions. We are the concrete connecting the bricks, if we dare to connect with co-workers. And we are brave, braver than most. We can go out there and start our own company, because we understand people very well. It's a gift :)
Don't feel like you've lost because of who you are.
It's an easy major in Canada, for us slackers who thought going to lectures was optional :)

This is spot on!!! Been in 2 of these 3 and yes they were the worst career years of my life
I'm an enfp, still a fulltime student in event management, i hope this gonna be the right path for me.
I feel validated, esp. re: digital marketing. I can never get into it. Likewise teaching...not creative enough for me.
Is an ENFP architect. Cries on the first point.
It’s fun looking for deals for me
Is looking for deals an ENFP thing? Bc I love for that! 😁
Event planner or broadcast presenter a good fit for ENFP??
Yes, these 2 are always present in most of the recommendations for ENFPs.
Ive been in education and am thinking I'll try nursing. Why are you thinking about nursing?
Whewwww being a teaching ....I have less than 30 days before I start my new career. We don't get to create the curriculum anymore, the system wants you to be a robot...not for me...7 years too long.
Would you rather be a nurse or teacher?
Do you have a list of careers that our fellow ENFP’s have worked in, while also being successful at?
Prior to being forced to change careers after a near fatal car accident, I was an industrial electrician. Considering I worked mostly construction (moving from job site to job site, from one state to the next, every few months), that career suited my personality extremely well.
I’m just curious if other ENFP’s have also found similar career satisfaction as an industrial electrician, working construction, _especially_ as a woman working in a male dominated field.
I've thought about doing HVAC but it seems like an isolating, lonesome job?
Always interesting topics you share .nice shirt.
Thanks :)
You're welcome, mate, glad I've helped!
Hahahuhuhu
I have an additional year before I could finish because I failed two subjects before. I might even end up with another year if my research proposal won't be approved.
Definitely finish. Completing things and having a degree will serve you whatever you decide to do.
I hated teaching as an ENFP
Hey Dan,
I am an ENFP who studied astronomy during my undergrad, and I really enjoy the topic, but realized quickly that what I enjoyed most was sharing knowledge about astronomy with others rather than conducting research.
If it was a relief then you now know how you really felt :)
My observation is that teaching fits people who enjoyed eighth grade. If eighth grade was a bad time for you, then do not teach.
This is so helpful, thank you!
This was a good one Dan, thanks!
You're welcome!
@@enfp is marketing a good career for an enfp (i don't mean digital marketing )
Actually I'm interested in neuro marketing
And I don't know if it good for me
Can I get an opinion on these healthcare careers and if they could be a good fit for me.
How is graphic design for ENFPs? Did u like it?
@@asixgarganego8212 Turns out I think I'm actually en ENTP. I've been a graphic designer for over 10 years now. I've never liked freelancing or dealing with clients about money so I allways work for companies. They manage that so I can just desing. Lately I find it quite boring so I am studing a masters in education next year and hopefully educatinal psicology when I finish that. I've been doing ok.
Me,a 14 year old who is VERY interested in architecture after watching this video: What....was...I..thinking?
I am enfp doctor, gastroenterologist in Morocco... I am really stressed all the time and disappointed
Why so?
sad to hear you dislike your job, but I loved your version of [Evanescence -tourniquet!] :D ruclips.net/video/IhQWka-m2YI/видео.html I love singing myself, in a Red hot Chili peppers tributeband.
Thanks for including your experiences in the field!
