    It is a State case...... weather the parents likes it or not justice should be done.

    • @tilly9169
      @tilly9169 8 месяцев назад +2

      Even at that, the state needs evidence, which the family is not willing to give.

    • @ahoofehemaa7236
      @ahoofehemaa7236 8 месяцев назад +12

      @tilly9169 True. But I think they should be forced to provide the evidence or be charged for aiding and abetting. And there are a lot of witnesses(the actors and crew that were present) to the case too. There is also a video evidence so I don't think the state should leave the matter to the child's parents to decide.

    Being a victim of being molested a child as well, this makes me soo mad because same thing happened to me. I told my mom about this and she got my uncle arrested but my father forced her to drop the case for the sake of my aunt’s marriage and it was either my mom drops the case or she ends up without a husband. They wanted to settle things culturally outside of the public and my uncle ddnt even finish paying the damages and in the end my aunt’s marriage crumbled. Then i was soo young from 6years old till 11, every time I went for school vacation to their fancy house. My story goes soo deep but yea, hearing these kinds of unjust stories makes me sooo mad and wish i had been inspired to be a human rights activist so i can help with such issues!! Thanks for the update Neze. If everyone is of the same mindset as you then the world would be a better place to live. Poverty is a curse and at same time a disease. The mother has been “paid off”. As a very poor woman and seeing huge amounts of money for the first time in her life, it was just a dream come true. Apart from the 50k given to her for the child medical expenses, a separate huge amount of money must have been given to her behind closed doors to remain silent and drop the case of rape. The mother is just a betrayal of trust.

    I am not surprised at all because majority of such cases of sexual molestation in the course of my practice a Medical Doctor in Nigeria ends up like this.
    Most of the parents interest is bringing their kids to the hospital for screening for communicable diseases and when asked if the case has been reported to the police or human rights..... They do say that they prefer to handle it withing the family, they don't want the public to be aware of the misfortune on their daughter, etc.
    They forget that these perpetrators will continue these act on other innocent kids if not handled
    Let us not even go to the psychology such act leaves on these kids for life.

It's not that people said it can't be true, more people said that the victims were wrong to disturb the dead😭😭 but what about the people who died in the building collapse? Even if everything else was false, we all know that 100+ people died in that building, so the man's peace matters over their own lives 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. We need to change. @Nezeville, thank you for all you are doing for humanity and for the common man. God bless you more. I love what you are doing especially in cases such as this case of the 10-year-old child who has been abused by this adult actor, which I just came across. But I agree with you that all criminals in our society must be made to face the law. Note that poverty is a big issue in Nigeria, and hence, these evil men are taking advantage of the poor to buy their way out of any crime they commit but we must not allow this to continue to happen, no matter what. Please I want you to use your legal knowledge and background to pursue this case further even against the parent's wish because a 10-year-old child can talk clearly and though underage, knows what she has been through, may want justice and is the victim here and she must be protected under the law. Remember that it is not the mother or the father that has been raped but the girl, and they must have spoken to the girl to keep quiet and just follow their selfish advice in discontinuing the case. But this is not how it works in developed countries where we see similar crimes happening and how the state handles them. We must therefore stand for these innocent children and their rights must be protected, even against their parents' wish who often sell out due to poverty, insensitivity, and lack of adequate knowledge. Criminality such as this must never be allowed to thrive in Nigeria, NEVER!

    Thank you so much for standing up for this little girl 🤍. Some people don't deserve to be and called parents. Could it be that they were payed off or threatened to keep quiet? So much questions going through my head.

    I share the same sentiments. As a child I use to read tabloids and felt distressed about crimes against minors. For the matter at hand I commend you for using your platform to fight this case. Thanks for the update. I have no understanding of child protection in Nigeria, is there any child welfare department dat can be informed as this is clearly a safeguarding issue. I feel as this child is not being protected by the parents in the first instance leaving the child unattended in the company of an unknown male and again failing to report this matter to authorities is a clear case of Emotional neglect, child endangerment. That child is not safe. The child should not be in the care of this type of parent. These parents should be handed over to authorities. The fact that they took money. It’s just heartbreaking, frustrating, annoying, disgusting.

    Thank you for the updates, Nezel. I pity the young girl because in the future, she will hate her parents because of these very actions of theirs. No one can try that with my kids ( I'm a young mother of girls)

    Thank you for your update. I am a survivor of molestation that was swept under the rug and yes... It is very damaging. That little girl will continually be in my prayers that the God of all comfort carry her through this horrible event that has happened to her and that she holds onto faith and hope and know that this act is the act of the God of this system, Satan the devil and not our heavenly Father Jehovah God. How I wish I could just hold her in my arms and keep her safe. But I will pray for her safety and that all those who ant to bring evil too this little girl or do any harm to her may Holy Spirit surround and protect her, Amen🙏🏾👑🌹🤟🏾

    Neze, God bless you for what you are doing. Please don't ever stop with this case until justice is done. Forget about this so-called mother. This case should be pursued to its logical end for the sake of this innocent girl and other innocent ones who will become prey to this beaast and munster.

    It's deeply troubling to hear that the parents chose not to pursue justice for their daughter. It's possible that they may have been influenced by fear, intimidation, or even financial pressure. In some cases, victims and their families face societal stigma or retaliation from the perpetrator or their supporters, which can make seeking justice incredibly difficult. Additionally, cultural or societal norms may discourage victims from speaking out or seeking legal recourse. Regardless of the reasons, it's heartbreaking to see a lack of support for a child who has endured such trauma. It underscores the importance of not only raising awareness about these issues but also providing support and resources to empower victims and their families to seek justice and healing.
