As a Cleveland fan, Guards org treated Tito bad his last year. I knew he'd be back. Cleveland fans should direct their anger towards ownership who doesn't care about winning. Congrats Cincy fans, you have a great coach. Hope you win it all! You have a lot of promise. Sincerely.

Good post. Cleveland's great Division winning season might have upset him that it could have been his. That is, if penny pinching Dolan had offered him the moon to stay on. Working for a cheap skate in any endeavor is a crappy job.

how did they treat him badly? He missed all the covid season, he missed multiple other stretches in 2022 and 2023. Sometimes it's just time for a change.

They've trained the fans to be satisfied with mediocrity. AL Central is the weakest division in baseball. The elephant in the room is how lopsided the payrolls are in baseball.

Cincinnatian reds fan for life!!! If we had tito this year, we would been in playoffs. We missed by 8 games, and lost 27 games by 1 run , half them late in game, blown opps by relivers. With losing a Cincinnatian, who devolped into best player who ever played the game in Peter Edward Rose. But we got picked up by hiring tito!!!!!!

I'd think the Reds are fine with Derek Johnson as pitching coach. A definite big need on the hitting side though. The big thing the Reds need (besides a corner OF with solid pop and possibly a veteran starter) is health. I believe the Reds entire five-man rotation and a couple of depth guys were on the shelf at one point late in the season. Losing Matt McLain for the season was a big blow too. I thing the FO would consider making some moves and spending some money, but the possible loss of a TV contract could throw a big ol' wrench into those plans.

I don't think he's a traitor or anything, but I'm mad for the sake of him throwing picture perfect ending with Cleveland. I'm never going to look at his last game in Cleveland the same. Managers usually don't get those type of send-offs in MLB & I feel like he threw it away.

Francona is a good manager, but he can't win in the playoffs or world series without a high payroll, like in Boston, he blew the 2016 world series, by starting and leaving bauer in game 5, he has a terrible playoff record with the Indians, great person, but so what my mailman is a great person, he way overrated, if he was so good then how is it that the cheapskate Dolan replace him with vogt, who had no experience, and vogt did a fantastic job, with minimum offensive talent, this means vogt is as good as francona, francona is overrated
