I feel like i'm learning so much watching these videos!! Like 50 more flexity trams by 2028?🎉i didn't know wiedikon was a postbus hub either! Thank you for putting so much effort into these videos & giving us so much info❤
I'm very very happy to hear that you're learning so much!! :)) Indeed, lots more flexitys to come, potentially even more than 50 if the VBZ activate the options! Wiedikon is indeed quite the hub and seeing the yellow postbuses always makes me happy!! You're ever so welcome! Especially for valuable members like you, this is why this channel exists! ❤
@@hugobazin8052 I stayed at the Movenpick Zurich Airport and enjoyed taking the S10 or 12 tram to/from the city centre (HB), going through the towns and seeing the locals going about their lives! 😍
I guess in this case not, well technically in cities in Switzerland, generally the rule is that trams always have priority over any other mode of vehicle, so I guess there might be a bit of flexibility with such situations, but I'm certain the driver handled it in a company approved manner
I was making soup and decided to turn on RUclips. And I was lucky, it worked for a few minutes! RUclips is banned in Russia. Only by chance can watch something. I would have left for another country a long time ago, but I don’t have money for the trip.
Drivers are assigned to various depots on the network, from which they operate only lines linked to that depot. Then two shifts of up to 5h are normally operated in a day, and that's on a single for each shift, but you can get a different line on the second shift too

I love Zurich. Been 10 years since I have visited.. Need to get back :)
For sure!! It's stunning as always!!😊😊
I was in toured Switzerland for nearly a month in 2023 and took only public transport. Loved the trams and the inter city trains 👍🏽
Indeed that is the way to tour the city and country! Train and trams are the best way to get around and I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it so much!

Thanks a lot for the comment!
My favourite 💝🎉🌹
Is it!! Aww, I'm glad!! The 14 is also my favourite line!
Don’t drivers need an authorisation in order to pass a “STOP” traffic light?

Modern tram Bombardier Flexity, in service since 2018. The first tram whitout the tipical steerwheel for ride and breaking.
Exactly! And they're rapidly increasing in numbers :)
Отлично!
Thanks a lot!!^^

Oh I see! Well I'm glad you could at least watch for those few minutes and I hope you get to watch more of my videos in the future by chance too!
Thank you! Me too... I hope. ♿
Do you do the same route for a while or do they switch you around form line to line.

Where is the music coming from? Radio?
Drivers are permitted to have a small music box and listen to radio stations or their favourite playlist whilst they drive
