Thanks for tuning in ya Beautiful Bastards! Let me know your thoughts on the Louis C.K. scandal and anything else I talked about today in the comments. I love starting these conversations, even if they aren't the most fun sometimes. kkloveyofacesbyeeeeeeee
Super happy to have caught the new episode before I went to bed. The Air Force Academy story made me sad because it just makes actual racial discrimination stories seem trivial or more easily dismissed.
Creative North Everything that the general said is just inspiring. One thing to worry though is, will it have lasting effect? Can his words and conviction be a constant reminder not just for racists, but for the haters? I hope so.
Shouldn't the hate crime hoax perpetrator be charged as actually committing a racially motivated hate crime? The hoax didn't make it any less real for the victims.
Problem is that this isn't a victimless crime. Had he only written on his own door it would be one thing. However, the other cadets were under the threat that they were being targeted (and the possibility that it wouldn't stop at just harsh words) for months. These young cadets are at the academy to earn a career, this could easy have had a direct effect on their ability to concentrate on their academia and further themselves due to no fault of their own.
Mixlop the problem is not the word itself, but the usage, words by themselves carry no meaning nor power, but are tools to pass information others and what matters is the information passed. He wrote an offensive message with the intention of offending people. The same way you simply can't scream Fire at a full theater without actually having fire on your surroundings because you're spreading a message that will cause people to react. If you want to live alone in a cavern you can say and write whatever you want, but if you want to live in society you need to follow the rules and try to not cause useless harm
Oligopoly for sure, yet they are reluctant to make ISPs public utilities. Also people like Ajit Pai are trying to reverse the Title II common carrier classification back to information services. smh
Reason why it is super important to keep tabs on net neutrality. FCC was talking to congress about it recently. Call your congress person about it and make sure they keep the net neutral. Other wise these guys are going to make us pay to use the net more than we do
Where I live the only ISPs are time warner and AT&T I don't live in the middle of no where we're talking millions of people with only 1 real option if this happens
I'm a little annoyed about the way this Louis CK situation is going down. These allegations, as you said, have been out there for years and Louis CK has even commented on it himself again as you said. But the New York Times is only reporting on it now because of the recent situations that have been dominating the news. These stories are not new, they're something everyone has just turned a blind eye too, even major publications like the New York Times. Since this video has come out, Louis CK's new film about sexual misconduct in Hollywood is no longer being released, at least by the studio originally attached to distribute it. There is no way the studio didn't hear about this when they picked up the film for release, especially since many of the initial reviews of it after its premiere at the Toronto Film Festival mentioned how the film is best experienced and thought provoking when you know about what Louis CK himself has been accused of. The New York Times is only profiting off the fact that these stories are getting a lot of media attention now and these companies are only distancing themselves because they don't want bad publicity. Unless they do no background checks at all, which is problematic in and of itself, they must have known. This isn't a problem that is going to be solved by exposing every major player that has done this, this problem goes way down to the roots and we need to be placing more of the blame on the studios and companies blatantly ignoring it than on the individuals doing this. That is how the problem will be solved.
Didn't Louis admit it? New York times wouldn't go to such a low level of sensationalism. Plus remember, they were the one that made the report of the Harvey weinstien scandal originally. They don't deserve bad credit.
I laughed, but didn't Phil suggest that recent incident with those dormmates was likely a hate crime because the white girl referred to the black girl as "Jamaican Barbie" in a Facebook post? How is "Black Joey Salads" any different?
Szeth that’s not the case at all. The narrative you’re trying to push forth is that he’s speaking to the “snowflake” mentality. Which isn’t the case at all. He was speaking to the fact that we all who serve need to be able to stand together, and respect each other equally across color, creed, religion, whatever.
If Trump is taking a personal interest in AT&T, that should be looked into, of course. But the real issue here is the merger. It shouldn't be taking place or allowed, regardless of the intentions behind it. Oligopolies aren't good and every year we are getting closer and closer to actual monopolies.
The airforce acted so commendably which is so admirable. I don't see why anyone would race bait when there is so much REAL racism in the world. It's such a detraction from the real issue and so damaging to genuine fighters of systemic and historic racism.
Simon The Human money talks. its very impactful if a large part of your consumer base stops giving you money, then youre going to change. simple as that.
So about the Air Force story. I attend Eastern Michigan University and something similar happened to us last year. Someone spray painted “KKK: LEAVE N*****S” on the wall of an academic building. The K’s were in red, white, and blue. It caused a ton of outrage and protests on campus. People called the president of our University a racist because he “wasn’t doing enough” to find the person who did it, even though the FBI got involved and there was a $10,000 reward for any information regarding the crime. Then there was a couple other graffiti incidents, but they weren’t as talked about as the first. They finally caught the guy that did it this year and it turned out to be a former student from Eastern. He was an African-American man that hadn’t gone to school there in a few years. I think I remember hearing he was arrested for a different crime but somehow they figured out he was the one that wrote the graffiti. Personally, I don’t understand why someone would want to do something like this. It just makes everyone angry and like Phil said, it takes away from the times where this kind of thing actually happens. That being said, I don’t know why these things happen period and I don’t understand why we can’t just get along and treat others with respect.
Wayne Meads Race baiting. They want a reason to make themselves a victim so people will feel bad for them and they can get attention. They probably dislike white people and think they're all racist and don't think they'll get caught for what they're doing.
A guy sent a bunch of emails to People of Color at my school (Bridgewater State University) saying that Divesity is White Genocide and did it by using data he could about Students from the state
We've given racism to much power and a plethora of overflowing Information isn't helping either. It's a form of victimhood that is taken up by the weak. The strong fight through it and attempt to actually change things from the top down. The rest yell up then walk away
The AT&T and Time Warner merger would be horrible for this country. Just because Trump takes a position for/against something doesn't mean that to be anti-Trump, you MUST take the opposite. That's ridiculous. A broken clock is right twice a day, and if you think you need to take the opposite side of whatever Trump's position is you are the damn problem.
2016: All your favorite celebrities are dead. 2017: All your favorite celebrities are dead to you. (I'm sorry I stole from Twitter but it really works in this situation)
I find it super ironic how liberal, holier than thou, uber progressive Hollywood has mainly hidden all of these allegations for decades, whilst they feign outrage at the inherent misogyny of the Right.
That Air Force speech made me so happy - I was expecting another instance of racism getting brushed under the rug, but that guy responded PERFECTLY to the situation. Kudos to him
NicKingPapiChulo it's not cnn buying Time Warner ... It's att ...so would Trump block att from buying Time Warner if att owned fox the answer I feel would still be a yes...not because of their political veiw but the power they'd gain over people ...the fact cnn belongs to att is just a perk to Trump. Which mind you is kinda childish for him to see it that way... But hey everyone has bias and the cnn Trump drama is funny as hell anyway.
I hate trump and this deal should not go through. even if CNN is out of the deal, that's still a monopoly. this could ruin the internet and television, at least in America
DailyTomato I think most of it is 21st century human being proving we are as stupid as we appear. There appears to be little understanding or acceptance of sexual interaction. There also appears to be no interest in due process. Allegations now ruins careers and lives.
Hellsss yess to Lieutenant General Jay Silveria for his words. Thank you for not putting any sugar coating on that. Thank you for taking a strong stance and being clear about treating others with dignity and respect!
These fake hate crimes do way more damage than people think. With it happening as often as it does it’s causing an immediate suspicion in people minds when people speak out. I have noticed this in my own behaviour, with the story about the university girl who was being abused by her roommate I found myself waiting for Phill to say wait it was all made up for attention.
To be fair, I think the person that does Phil's titles baited that response by titling the video "The truth about [potential hate crime]". The title made it seem like her telling of the story wasn't the truth.
I do not think that Time Warner and AT&T should be allowed to merge. If anything, Time Warner and AT&T should be broken up. And while we're at it, let's destroy all the other regional monopolies as well. Just get rid of all of them.
Man! You always amaze me!! I love how you always look at both sides regardless of what the story is and never fail to make valid points on each end!! This kind of information and relaying of info is what’s important right now for the US, yes I’m Canadian but damn you guys have a lot of stuff going on down there. Thank you for the reporting!!
Love the speech the Lieutenant General gave. Exactly reflects how the Air Force should be. Not only does that kind of disgusting behavior not belong at the academy, it doesn't belong in the military.
Idk, it's a little creepy that he has such a strong type of weird compulsive behaviour, but every allegation Louis asked for permission. In the instances that were described in the article, the women didn't stop him or try to leave. To sabotage a man's public image and personal life based on miscommunication is disgusting. I've had several instances in my own life where someone has misread a situation and groped me or tried to initiate sex but I would tell them no or leave and that would be the end of the situation. I don't think someone missreading a situation like this deserves to be labelled a bad person based on one weakness. I also feel bad for his kids who now have to face their father's public humiliation for the rest of their lives.
yeah I never said this type of behavior was okay. I would expect someone who does this in a professional setting to be fired, but I don't expect someone's entire professional career to be ruined and then publicly humiliated for all his friends and family to see. Especially when in his mind he thought he was doing everything right by asking for permission.
POTUS YUUUGE BIGLY hahaha, thank you. I see the argument that these celebrities don't have any special power over subordinates when sexual misconduct issues rise, but that same person using the argument knows they would expect major discipline if not termination at their job if the same thing happened. Clearly, we all put celebrities is a different reality than our own.
POTUS YUUUGE BIGLY if i invited two girls to a hotel room for "drinks they should assume something sexual is going on. Granted I wouldnt whip it out and masterbate in front of them but I would make moves haha I dont see how this is out of the ordinary other then his obsession with masterbating in front of people haha. Also inter office relationships and one night stands happen all the time. Your acting like asking someone would never work out haha.
greenluxi sure, the work one is unacceptable and he should've been fired for that. However, all the other ones were out of the work place and Louis asked for consent each time. Is he a little pervy? Sure. Is he weird? Sure. But he shouldn't be accused of sexual misconduct for it, especially if he never forced himself onto anyone after they turned him down.
I can't even anything about this anymore. I'm not the kind of person who looks up to people usually and Louis CK was one of the few people I look up to in this world. Not in every way, but as an inspiration comedically, for sure. And he has such a grasp on personal values and boundaries and just clear thinking in his more recent years of his career. Part of me wants to defend him... say, this was years ago. He's different now. Say... it was consensual, he didn't force it on them. Say anything to make it seem less bad. But it's all over. Look at what happened with Woody Allen. People reference the allegations to him as if it's unquestionable fact, even though the whole thing could have been invented. And they lump him in with Cosby, who had something like 50 women come forward with rape accusations. Whether it's Bill Cosby, Woody Allen, Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Michael Jackson, Louis CK, and many more, most people aren't going to see one situation as any different from the other. They are just going to brand the person as "predator" because it's repeated so often and so similarly in pop culture. And that's the end of it. Louis CK will probably struggle to continue his career as it was before and eventually just give up. I'm sure he has enough money at this point to live comfortable with only the occasional further foray into comedy. And he has two daughters to raise, which, if his purported values and proclamations are to believed, are far more important to him than fame and reputation. Louis, I think, will be fine. But I'm mad because he's probably going to be drummed out of future projects and be remembered as a villain. And I don't know if I can remember his work the same way anymore. I don't know if I'll be able to laugh at it in the same way. He doesn't seem like the type who would want to try to defend himself in the court of public opinion, so he probably won't make a statement on it at all, unless something goes to court. So I don't know what there is left. Another one bites the dust, it seems. It just so happened to be one of my heroes, that's all. :( What makes me sick is they drum these people out of projects, cut ties, meanwhile some of the ones cutting ties are probably predators themselves, or done similar things in their past. The hypocrisy of it all is nauseating. I'm so sick to death of the hollywood power structure machine.
I think that guy still commited a hate crime against the people he used to divert suspicious, not because he hated them for their race but because he made them feel that people hated them for their race
Jordan Burkhardt he wasted a bunch of non racists time by forcing them to listen to a lecture about how evil they were in their hearts. And now it stands as an example to actual racists which reinforces those harmful stereotypes about blacks lying about their oppression. I can't see how it gets any worse.
So you think white people need an apology because someone said that your not welcome if you cant treat people with respect? Why do you think that only applies to white people, the person who actually did it was punished and they were not white.
I hate that I'm about to say this, but I actually agree with Donald Trump on this one. I can't stand mergers of that size. That's why it infuriates me that Disney is about to try and buy Fox. If we keep allowing mergers of the size to happen the only thing it will lead to is a monopolized market.
Every time someone says that multiple allegations against a person should be considered as evidence, I think of that one "Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia" episode where Charlie and a bunch of guys attempted to get a bunch of money by saying that their teacher molested them.
The goal isn't to prove that they're guilty (because they can't), it's to ruin their career and reputation, and that happens the moment it starts trending. Neither side can prove the claims but since one side has multiple sources, they essentially win in the eyes of the public. It doesn't help that our society is extremely biased against men in regards to sexual harassment claims.
+friend? They could have been in shock, or simply didn't know what else to do in the moment since it was totally unexpected. The women mentioned they were laughing, but just because you're laughing doesn't mean you're comfortable. In fact, often times you laugh BECAUSE you're uncomfortable. Remember, Louie C.K. isn't some random stranger. He's a famous celebrity comedian who makes his career talking openly about his deepest and darkest sexual thoughts and habits during his stand-up routines. Some people, especially if they're younger, may find it a bit difficult to separate his on-stage persona with who he is in real-life. For just a brief moment, the women might've actually believed that what Louis did right in front of them was consistent with his on-stage persona, only to recognize an instant later that he was being completely inappropriate. As if that wasn't enough, Louis himself has admitted that all the allegations made against him are true and that he used his celebrity status to manipulate the women into saying yes.
EccentricSage If it turns out the women are lying, then why would Louis agree with them that he took advantage of them? Why doesn't he just say, "Look, I asked them for their consent, and they gave it to me. I've done nothing wrong. I will fight this in court." There's literally nothing for him to gain by saying he's guilty, yet that's exactly what he does. Trials haven't even begun yet, and he's already claiming he's guilty. If Louis did nothing wrong and truly believed he did nothing wrong, then why would he say he's guilty so recently after the allegations were made?
Ron Ulmer You see, that's what I thought as well when I first heard about the allegations. It seemed to me that Louis was innocent because the women told him he was allowed to masturbate in front of them. What I don't understand, however, is why Louis himself is AGREEING with the ladies' allegations against him, claiming that they are right in saying that he took advantage of them. THAT'S what I'm trying to understand and what's leading me to suspect that Louis did, in fact, do something wrong. Not only are the women saying that Louis is guilty, but Louis HIMSELF is saying that he's guilty of what he's being accused him of. Why would he admit he's guilty UNLESS he truly felt in his own heart that he did something wrong? That's what I'm trying to say.
The AT&T acquisition of TW is horrible. It's a huge step in the direction of a one company monopoly on media, service providers, etc. Right now, where I live, there are only 2 internet service providers available, AT&T, and Time Warner (now Spectrum). Two choices is bad enough, but if the merger happens we would only have 1 option and they could charge whatever they want. No other developed country has this problem. I don't care for what reason, but I hope they kill this deal.
No lots of developed countries have this problem. Come to canada as most places, even big cities, only have 2 internet providers (usually telus or shaw, or telus or bell). Australia, Argentina, Chile, Poland, Scandinavian countries and many more are like this as well.
NukaColaQT This wouldn't be the first time AT&T ran into legal trouble for breaking antitrust laws. Back in the 80s AT&T had a monopoly on the entire phone system in the US and the government split them up into many new companies, including what is now Verizon.
Peglegkickboxer a lot if countries have big providers that dominate, I think the difference in America is yours are really really bad! Everywhere else it's the best service that gets big.
Not really a reason to break companies up to get more providers. There are more providers. The state/local governments give companies monopoly over the lines in specific areas and control permits as to who is allowed to run their own lines. Right now in the vast majority of places there are only phone lines and cable lines so that means only two providers. End the government backed monopolization of the lines and there would be tons of competition.
MizTameRumors no I'm from canada and I've lived in central Europe and Australia for a year each, the internet was nowhere near as good as what the United States gets. Even in canada the fastest you can usually get is like 100 to 150 mb/s but only in the biggest 5 cities. In the States the big cities can easily get you 1 gb/s and only the very rural areas suck. I've been in 5 different continents, the US usually has the best internet outside of western Europe.
Pause, Phil. I just want to make it clear, and somebody correct me if I'm misunderstanding, Louis C.K. asked women for their consent to a sexual act and when they agreed, he did it and when they declined, he apologised and did not do the thing. What is wrong with asking a woman if they would like to engage in a sexual act? Am I yo understand that this is now also inappropriate behavior?
Right! He asked the first girl, he was at home on the phone for the second, the two girls went to his hotel for a "nightcap" agreed to watch thinking it a joke then giggled as he did and sat there watching him and only left after, the last girl agreed did it and then felt bad. What did he do wrong? He asked each one and forced them into nothing. He wasn't even offering them anything.
You shouldn't need to go through the process of flirting if they agree to go along with it without needing too, that's idiotic. This entire debate is pretty idiotic actually.
As someone who is pro free internet the merging of at&t and time warner is scary. As you pointed out at&t has acquired multiple companies involved in media and as Trump stated it is too much power for too few ( I hardly ever agree with Trump so it feels a little weird) Monopolies are illegal by law and it seems like this acquisition would get at&t too close to the legal definition for my comfort. And then if ISPs are given the power to restrict bandwidth to certain websites, God forbid, then at&t would have SO much power. I think the DOJ is making the right call on this one.
dbright if what you say is true why is other politicians including Bernie Sanders saying it’s a horrible idea for them to merge? I think Trump called it right and I loathe him.
I think the Air Force situation turned out in THE BEST way. A leader made a strong speech, one that people RALLIED behind, only for people to realize what they rally against didn't really exist. It showed we are united in the fight against racism while also showing it's not as ugly and prevalent as we are always led to believe. I feel it represents the way a lot of anti maintstream/leftist people feel in the current climate. Yes if there is a problem we want to fight it, but the problem might not quite be as real or significant as it's made out to be.
Kuchi Kopi I understand your point and it's valid but this definitely did not turn out the best way. It's pretty much like false sex assault allegations. When we see one doesn't mean there is less rape or assault, it still happens and as we've seen lately its VERY bad and in alot of situations the victims were ignored. The man who did that should be severely punished for hurting a cause but ofc doesn't take your message away i think many seen it that such act will not be tolerated at least in the Air Force.
MagNEt1Cc You could very well be right but based on the initial reaction, everyone was ready to go after this racist. It's still widely accepted by the general populous that racists are terrible and we should be ready to whole heartedly condemn them. I don't think it'll hurt future allegations like false claims have with sexual assault have in regards to blatantly racist incidents. But a light has been shown on the fact that there ARE false racist allegations. The pendulum has swung so far one way that the word racist is just thrown around. This story shows people in a way that not all enemies are racist and you need valid proof to go after actual racists.
Well I don't think a hate crime didn't happen. I mean he still wrote this on other people's boards that happen to be African American this is still a hate crime in my book no matter what color you are.
To that end we should praise the school for handling the situation so responsibly. Fake or not, they had the stones to declare that they aren't going to put up with it. This after so many aftermath stories of institutions completely mishandling the same type of situation.
Well I don't know about his comment about "writing on a board questioning our beliefs", but what he said about dignity and respect is strong and still stands. I don't think the military should play politics, which is what a few of his comments seemed to hint at. I think it should also be noted that Charlottesville didn't have much to do about blacks. From all that I could tell it was mainly about illegal immigrants, mass immigration, and Jews.
Frankly I am disgusted that the military has leadership that gets its panties in a twist over a rude remark that even turned out to be fake. Is this what terrorists are supposed to be afraid of?
The Reaction You missed the point of his speech inteirly..... He is trying to solidify UNITY amongst the military so that when they go out to war they will be a untied front seeing there fellow soldiers as equals and focus on killing the enemy instead of bitching because you're in squad with a black guy ect...
I love reading comments on your videos because people have logical responses and I think "nice, people are wising up and not being so sensitive yet still know what is obviously wrong when it comes to certain things". Then I go on twitter and am reminded that people are still really stupid.
Grant - Saturn I feel like the comments are filled with discussions while Twitter is full of toxic arguments. People don't realise what an opinion or belief is on Twitter. They have a complex that has them believe their view is and always will be superior. It's very, very sad..
It's so sad that De Franco's kind of common sense, non-partisan approach is such a rarity right now. This is one of the few places I see liberals and conservatives sharing common ground, rather than sticking with their own group and demonizing the other- which is exactly what we need, with all the pointless political division these days. It'slike people (both sides of the political fence) are addicted to being outraged at how "evil" the other side, often because of the acts of a minority of extremists. Maybe I'm an naive, but I really think there is a silent majority of more moderate, sensible opinions that are getting drowned out these days by outrage and the needless divisiveness.
This school is beautiful. Both in quality people, and campus. I visited it with my girlfriend and another friend from highschool, earlier this year and the chapel pictured is gorgeous. I'm more than pleased with how this was handled by the staff.
"she was in her early twenties and went along with his request, but later questioned his behavior". Is that like saying "I said ok to sex, but after i thought i didnt like it so its now sexual assault"?
No one ever called it sexual assault. The women were merely pointing out how much of a creep he can be. Not a single one of them were making a case out of it.
Yea, but why reveal that his a creep if the don’t have anything to gain from it. He ck situation is obvious fame whoreing with the whole hollywood accusation trend going on. Its like seeing a kid in preschool eat his boogerss and smelling his farts then in middle school bringing it up when he starts being popular in class.
Everything is so sad.... i was on snapchat this morning and every story from the daily mail was about sexual assult stories about spacey, corey feldman coming forward about what happened to him, that story about Charlie Sheen and that child actor, David blaine and so many more... its too sad, now this. It's so disturbing especially as young boys are involved a lot too...
kat I agree, though Corey Haim's own mom doesn't think Charlie Sheen did anything to him. Plus, very few news outlets actually reported on the news when it broke yesterday.
This particular story isn't something bad though. C.K. asked for consent, only approached legal adults, didn't force things when someone said no, apologized for it, admitted he has a problem and the only person that didn't expressly consent was ON THE PHONE, thus easily capable of just hanging up or holding the phone away from them if they seriously felt awkward. ....not to mention there's quite a few things that "sound like someone masturbating". Including someone being sick or out of breath, TV, Leather chairs, etc. He didn't commit any kind of assault. There's potential moral issues due to some being co-workers, but.... it's not like he was specifically threatening them or ever did anything for or against them. If people seriously take serious issue with this, the next step is basically "Celebrity has sex with wife, it's worst thing ever, how dare he!" People freaking out over this is the same as someone lying about being raped. It does nothing but hurt the actual legitimate claims.
AtomicArtumas it is bad. It's pretty disgusting he admits it a problem so I don't think we should act like it's fine because the people involved were adults im still a fan of his work but I admit this had made my respect for him go down.
Honestly I doubt he thinks it's worth covering. It's gone under the radar on the left, and it's only the right going on about it. Not to mention it is kinda old news at this point.
wow Lt Gen Silveria deserves major props for that speech. its so refreshing to hear that and so good to see that people in charge actually care about common dignity. it does not matter that the hate crime was fake because what he said still stands and is commendable. plus that school building looks awesome.
I think it's important to remember that 2002 & 2005/6 Louis CK is not 2017, in that he had nowhere near the power or career ending ability of the Weinstein or Spacey's of the world. And by all accounts (especially if you read the Gawker article) he asked for permission. Although this was weird and creepy, it was not assault. Because when they said no, he didn't do it.
Aside from that - the reaction that was quoted here always makes me laugh a little bit "you have a daughter and a pregnant wife". So if he didn't have a wife or just a son it would be totally ok? I never understand that line of thought. Either you're not into it, you think it's wrong, weird or you're ok with it. You don't have to do it, you might think it's disgusting, but it makes very little sense to expect that someone will change their sexual preferences because they have a child. And thinking that something is disgusting and stating it to a person seems weird to me - being heterosexual and liking to masturbate in front of someone isn't in any way different than being homosexual - that's what turns you on, that's what works for you. I wouldn't say to a homosexual that what they do is disgusting to me because I wouldn't do it myself and it doesn't work for me. Similarly, I don't think I shouldn't say that to a person which enjoys masturbating. My response should be the same to a gay person hitting on me and to any other person with any other sexual preferences.
Thank you! I was looking for someone like you, seriously. It's really unfair to compare someone who didn't even TOUCH anyone to a serial rapist like Harvey Weinstein. Not only that, but doing it so publicly like he's suddenly a MONSTER of some type. People are so inconsiderate, I mean his daughters are old enough to see these kinds of things, but too young to know how to deal with it when everybody around them is constantly talking about it. I'm not defending his actions, I just think that he doesn't deserve this treatment. He already probably lost his job, I don't think he's supposed to lose his family too.
I don’t agree with Mika Kunis stance but I respect that she is passionate and Donates to something she believes in. Just wish she donated in her own name.
Well, as someone who has been a huge fan of Louie CK for years, this is disheartening news. But in regards to the larger scandal going on in Hollywood, I think it's time we stopped acting shocked and start working to solve an issue that has been plaguing this industry for decades. This is by no means a new phenomenon, just look at Judy Garland and the nauseating treatment of Shirley Temple. Hollywood is a cesspool of abuse and depravity behind the scenes. Even we had a similar sense of what the environment there was/is like. Who among us hasn't heard a "casting couch" joke? And (though it's certainly an excellent start) it's not enough just to bring more legal protections into the industry, we as a society need to shift the way we view and treat victims of abuse. The truth is that victims need our support if they are going to be willing to come out with their allegations in time to bring about legal consequences. We need a better support system for victims and we need to be harsher on perpetrators. Until we shift our culture's views on sexual abuse/assault, these problems will continue, and not just in Hollywood.
Barna Bop you can’t solve people using their fame and power to treat people whatever way they want, to get what they want. It’s human nature. When speaking out against someone who has wronged you, may hurt your future, people wont come out about it. And when someone finally bites the bullet and comes out, alot more people will do the same. But it only serves to make reperations but that true problem of people using their power will never change.
Philip Nessi What if now we need overseers everytime someone interacts with children in Hollywood? Like someone who is always with the child no matter what, like those nurses that watch the Gynecologists when the younger patients go in?
so wait.... so louie ck asked for consent for a weird sex thing? and respected their answers? uhhh ok its weird but its not assault or anything... i dont get it?
It's not assault tho. Like just asking for sex or saying something inappropriate in a workplace or with colleagues can be considered sexual harassment. It's different
"exposed" is a generous term. "alleged" is the correct term, as evidence needs to be presented (and the court process adhered to) for this to become fact. What we believe has nothing to do with it.
Even if true, this is in no way assault though. All cases were with consent. Was it something looked down on by society? Yes. Does he have mental issues? Possibly. But was it illegal? No, not in any way.
Twitter moments caught that Louis C.K. story immediately. Seems like celebs are being exposed one right after another, at this point it's hard not to question everyone's character.
On the subject of C.K., the first chick said no, the chick on the phone said she heard him masturbating... ok.That's weird and gross, but it's not illegal. Dana and Julia thought he was joking and went with it, and didn't flee or try and tell him no, and the chick from the 90s just straight up said yes and later "questioned his behavior". The fuck does that mean? You don't just agree to watch a dude beat off and then go "well that was peculiar". As of right now, CK never forced himself on anyone, he always asked (of the women who came forward), some said no, some went along. Yes, it's creepy, gross, and he basically cheated on his then wife, but it's not illegal and I don't think if the women were to sue that they would have a case, or at least a solid one.
I agree, weird yes but he did nothing wrong he asked them all, except the phone call, I mean how are you going to know if you don't ask. I mean he shouldn't be asking at work but other than that no assualt took place.
But no one said it was illegal. So that's not even the point of the stories. They're just coming out to say hey, he's kind of a creep. No one asked for any action to be taken because no one expects it. They're just talking about what kind of person he is.
however putting it out there with the recent events of all these women coming out with claims around the film industry. It does feel like it is making it seem its on a similar level as those. plus the fact he seemed to feel guilty and even ashamed makes me think he has some issues.
jiji yeah putting it out there especially like this is almost begging the internet to force punishment upon him even though he didn't break any laws. Just like the people that tweet something inappropriate and have there lives ruined because it goes viral.
Man, through the whole Air Force story I was thinking "please don't let him have done this himself" Sure enough. I don't get it. There are people in this country who are dealing with ACTUAL, terrible, senseless, even violent racism every day. How selfish do you have to be to cast a lasting shadow of doubt on those people just to keep yourself out of trouble?
Extremely powerful words from Silveria, regardless of how dumb the incriminated cadet was. No, especially because of it. That guy should get exposed so he can be ridiculed by both the Right and the Left so he knows his actions are not welcomed anywhere.
Thanks for tuning in ya Beautiful Bastards! Let me know your thoughts on the Louis C.K. scandal and anything else I talked about today in the comments. I love starting these conversations, even if they aren't the most fun sometimes. kkloveyofacesbyeeeeeeee
Philip DeFranco thank you for everything, Phil!
you should check your snapchats
I hope the allegations aren’t true...
Super happy to have caught the new episode before I went to bed. The Air Force Academy story made me sad because it just makes actual racial discrimination stories seem trivial or more easily dismissed.
Soooo are you gonna do a recap for the last few Friday’s you’ve missed? I’d honestly like to see what others had to say....
Double hand salute to Lt. Gen Jay Silveria! Those powerful words are the kinds that we need to instill to the minds of the masses.
Creative North same here! two hand salute including my feet!
Creative North he was amazing
I can sense all sincerity in his voice, not just in his words. Awesome model officer!
Creative North Everything that the general said is just inspiring. One thing to worry though is, will it have lasting effect? Can his words and conviction be a constant reminder not just for racists, but for the haters? I hope so.
Creative North It was pointless. There was no problem so he was talking about nothing. Hot gas.
Yeah just as a false rape accusation, it needs to be stopped and the courts should be hard on these people
He still did a racially motivated hate crime in my opinion.
Mixlop unfortunatly thats what it has come to. We are truely in dark times.
AT&T buying Time Warner is really scary. Comcast Verizon and AT&T being the only big ISP's is scary to me.
Oligopoly for sure, yet they are reluctant to make ISPs public utilities. Also people like Ajit Pai are trying to reverse the Title II common carrier classification back to information services. smh
Randy Moser
That's terrifying to think about.
Reason why it is super important to keep tabs on net neutrality. FCC was talking to congress about it recently. Call your congress person about it and make sure they keep the net neutral. Other wise these guys are going to make us pay to use the net more than we do
Charter already bought TWC. I don't think at&t can buy them out from charter.
Where I live the only ISPs are time warner and AT&T
I don't live in the middle of no where we're talking millions of people with only 1 real option if this happens
I don’t think Mila Kunis’s personal beliefs has to do with her working with a beer company
They are a bourbon company but I like your point.
Tyson Williams I agree
2016: the year your favorite celebrities died.
2017: the year your love for your favorite celebrities died.
Boogie2988
Where did he say that?
Twitter recently.
WATSONMUTH nah, he’s too smart to die
It’s rainin’ sexual harassment allegations, hallelujah it’s rainin’ sexual harassment allegations
Amen
Hallelujah
Flame of Udun You are everywhere
Flame of Udun LOL
The dark fire will not avail you, flame of udun!
Chris Worcester but that solution of blaming the studios would be antisemitic
Well spoken.
Hes admitted it happened
Phil couldn’t have said it any better than you.
Didn't Louis admit it?
New York times wouldn't go to such a low level of sensationalism.
Plus remember, they were the one that made the report of the Harvey weinstien scandal originally. They don't deserve bad credit.
Thursday’s just aren’t Thursday’s without getting Phil’d in!
Much love my friend!
Were u satisfied with how large and long it was?👀
„Black Joey Salads“ - literally made me spit out my salad 😂
fran rose Are you serious?! RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY SALAD?!
fran rose ok
I laughed, but didn't Phil suggest that recent incident with those dormmates was likely a hate crime because the white girl referred to the black girl as "Jamaican Barbie" in a Facebook post? How is "Black Joey Salads" any different?
Adam Quigley let’s face it, salads are a joke.
That was a really strong speech. If my government ever said something like that, I'd have faith in them to do my country service.
"If you're prone to being easily offended then the military is the place for you"
Yeah.. Real strong message.
David Sommers
Thankyou for telling me of my intent and my narrative. For a randomer on RUclips, you know me better than anyone David.
Szeth Vallano please elaborate on your motive/narrative then.....
Szeth Vallano just stating the way your quoted interpretation was perceived. I don’t know you. But, I’d like to hear what you were trying to state.
If Trump is taking a personal interest in AT&T, that should be looked into, of course. But the real issue here is the merger. It shouldn't be taking place or allowed, regardless of the intentions behind it. Oligopolies aren't good and every year we are getting closer and closer to actual monopolies.
Boss Galka I'm in England and his wife sells her jackets here in stores... I'm not entirely sure if she is allowed to in America, but she does it here
United States v. AT&T, 1974
Boss Galka aka Google
Why was I just grossed out for the first time after you told me I had just been "philled in".....
Bouncin' on my boi's D to this
Honestly, I would love to be philied In 😍
I wonder if he's ever said that after doing the deed with his wife 🤔
He's been microaggressive lol
Your comment says "no", but your eyes say "Phil me up Daddy de Franco- Phil me up til I'm overflowing with that thick, warm, creamy centrist op-ed..."
The airforce acted so commendably which is so admirable. I don't see why anyone would race bait when there is so much REAL racism in the world. It's such a detraction from the real issue and so damaging to genuine fighters of systemic and historic racism.
Another boycott? It's getting really annoying. Can we get a boycott on boycotting things?
Simon The Human I've boycotted boycotting boycotts since the mass boycott of the boycott of 1995.
You would become what you want to destroy
Simon The Human money talks. its very impactful if a large part of your consumer base stops giving you money, then youre going to change. simple as that.
I only boycott Sea Worl/animal abuse stuff. You know, the important things
Simon The Human but then we'd need to boycott boycotting boycotting things 😂
I found myself applauding out loud at the 2 minute mark. What a remarkable leader. I am so impressed and inspired by his words. Beautiful
LᗩᑎDO LᗩᑎD i highly doubt that
A guy sent a bunch of emails to People of Color at my school (Bridgewater State University) saying that Divesity is White Genocide and did it by using data he could about Students from the state
We've given racism to much power and a plethora of overflowing Information isn't helping either. It's a form of victimhood that is taken up by the weak. The strong fight through it and attempt to actually change things from the top down. The rest yell up then walk away
ALWAYS 100% BLACK ON BLACK OR RABBI ON RABBI
The AT&T and Time Warner merger would be horrible for this country. Just because Trump takes a position for/against something doesn't mean that to be anti-Trump, you MUST take the opposite. That's ridiculous.
A broken clock is right twice a day, and if you think you need to take the opposite side of whatever Trump's position is you are the damn problem.
accurate...
I agree. I can't stand the orange fkr but this is a really big move.
So donald trump is a broken clock?
Marina Smith the country is a broken clock because it is always trying to move in two different directions
2016: All your favorite celebrities are dead.
2017: All your favorite celebrities are dead to you.
(I'm sorry I stole from Twitter but it really works in this situation)
I don't care that you stole it because I wouldn't have seen it otherwise, but good on you for siting your source hah
Maybe they're dead to *you*.
Thank you for the citation 😂 you're good fam
Save the Toasters and Twitter stole it from Reddit
I find it super ironic how liberal, holier than thou, uber progressive Hollywood has mainly hidden all of these allegations for decades, whilst they feign outrage at the inherent misogyny of the Right.
That Air Force speech made me so happy - I was expecting another instance of racism getting brushed under the rug, but that guy responded PERFECTLY to the situation. Kudos to him
“Black Joey Salads” for the win.
"The Marines don’t have any race problems. They treat everybody like they’re black." -Gen Daniel “Chappie” James Jr., USAF, circa 1970
Rah!
DesolateZombie genuinely laughed
Thank you. I do what I must because I care. Semper.
Rah!
Unless they get deployed to a war zone
Dean Robinson in that case you fight like hell so you don't die.
The US Air Force handled that situation so well. I'm proud of our military. Happy Veteran's Day.
Cassandra Richardson One of the only situations I've seen your military handle well.
We handled those pesky brits pretty well
@Forest Phelps
Pretty sure we also handled Nazi's pretty well.
meh...
They need to investigate if that was actually done by a "racist" and not by some hoaxer who just want to promote their divisive politics.
U proud when they bombed iraqis
Black Joey Salads. I'm dead 😂
Great one, Phil.
“Okay, black Joey Salads” 😂
Not exactly a big Trump fan, but he's correct about the possible consequences of the merger, regardless of his personal feelings regarding CNN
NicKingPapiChulo He might not block a merger in that case but regardless, this deal should not go through.
NicKingPapiChulo hopefully ,but that doesn't refute the OP point.
"I'm no fan of Trump, but...." said every Trump troll ever.
Hollywood is blowing up right before us.
DailyTomato best thing they made in years
It's at its climax. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
DailyTomato I think most of it is 21st century human being proving we are as stupid as we appear. There appears to be little understanding or acceptance of sexual interaction. There also appears to be no interest in due process. Allegations now ruins careers and lives.
It’s kind of beautiful and glorious
*restarting
Excellent point on the impermanence of current news and the public response 👍
Hats off to that officer. Powerful words and a wonderful message. That's the type of leadership we need in the military
i agree
I'm glad you pulled the video back to include Louis CK.
Is this a second upload?
“Okay, you black Joey Salads.” 😂
Hellsss yess to Lieutenant General Jay Silveria for his words. Thank you for not putting any sugar coating on that. Thank you for taking a strong stance and being clear about treating others with dignity and respect!
These fake hate crimes do way more damage than people think. With it happening as often as it does it’s causing an immediate suspicion in people minds when people speak out. I have noticed this in my own behaviour, with the story about the university girl who was being abused by her roommate I found myself waiting for Phill to say wait it was all made up for attention.
dallen brodowski I totally forgot, but I was too.
dallen brodowski meh. Hate crimes shouldnt exist. There are just crimes and legal behavior
dallen brodowski They want the damage from the hoaxes, that’s why they stage mass shootings and bombings.
To be fair, I think the person that does Phil's titles baited that response by titling the video "The truth about [potential hate crime]". The title made it seem like her telling of the story wasn't the truth.
They should prosecute the hate crime the same way regardless of who commits it.
I do not think that Time Warner and AT&T should be allowed to merge. If anything, Time Warner and AT&T should be broken up. And while we're at it, let's destroy all the other regional monopolies as well. Just get rid of all of them.
oh cmmmooonnn, not Louis too :( he's my favorite comedian wth
TerraDiASMR apparently they said yes
He didn't do anything wrong. All these cases except the phone call, which she only heard not confirmed, louis asked.
rest assured he is just as innocent as Kevin, this is a good ol fashion witch hunt
Cast how is what he did not wrong to his wife and children???
TerraDiASMR vb
It feels like everyone did something to somebody nowadays.
zenmar84 Not just "nowadays" ALWAYS.... it's just that now people arent as scared to speak out
And they have a platform to do it without it being buried by the press
I feel violated by this comment.
Nowadays? That summation is the history of the human species.
zenmar84 not just nowadays
What makes me sick is they drum these people out of projects, cut ties, meanwhile some of the ones cutting ties are probably predators themselves, or done similar things in their past. The hypocrisy of it all is nauseating. I'm so sick to death of the hollywood power structure machine.
i really liked the second take of "war against christmas" more creative edits like that one plz so much untapped comedy/humor value
That speech, was on point.
Grailsarvas nah it was great
I think that guy still commited a hate crime against the people he used to divert suspicious, not because he hated them for their race but because he made them feel that people hated them for their race
angharad256 No. He only aired out what many of them are thinking
well you are just as racist as you think they are.
Jordan Burkhardt he wasted a bunch of non racists time by forcing them to listen to a lecture about how evil they were in their hearts. And now it stands as an example to actual racists which reinforces those harmful stereotypes about blacks lying about their oppression. I can't see how it gets any worse.
uchenna obiekwe that’s quite a claim, do you have evidence?
So you think white people need an apology because someone said that your not welcome if you cant treat people with respect? Why do you think that only applies to white people, the person who actually did it was punished and they were not white.
All the hollywood heroes have lived long enough to become the villains
Depressing isn't it?
Except Tom Hanks. *crossing fingers* Good GOD please let Tom Hanks be the delightful and all round good person I like to think he is!!
John travolta will be the next creep to be exposed
Newsflash! They've been villains the entire goddamn time!
We gotta stop putting these people on pedestals.
I love your show. I always have, but I still can’t get over the titles now. 😂😂😂
I hate that I'm about to say this, but I actually agree with Donald Trump on this one. I can't stand mergers of that size. That's why it infuriates me that Disney is about to try and buy Fox. If we keep allowing mergers of the size to happen the only thing it will lead to is a monopolized market.
Oscar Animates Well said, this is very true.
"Black Joey Saladz!!" LOL Phil I didn't know you were funny.
Tyrell Liddell He has his moments. Lol
Must be new...
Every time someone says that multiple allegations against a person should be considered as evidence, I think of that one "Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia" episode where Charlie and a bunch of guys attempted to get a bunch of money by saying that their teacher molested them.
Innocent until proven guilty. Also, Louis did nothing illegal.
I think in that instance it relates more kevin spacey.
Wait, so they waited for him to finish before they left??? Well that was awfully nice of them...
Maybe he was done before they knew it.
As if that wasn't enough, Louis himself has admitted that all the allegations made against him are true and that he used his celebrity status to manipulate the women into saying yes.
ikr so weird
EccentricSage If it turns out the women are lying, then why would Louis agree with them that he took advantage of them? Why doesn't he just say, "Look, I asked them for their consent, and they gave it to me. I've done nothing wrong. I will fight this in court."
There's literally nothing for him to gain by saying he's guilty, yet that's exactly what he does.
I love how this show is slowly becoming a legitimate news platform. Can't wait until Phil runs for public office
Jude Dam he's really not thou
He's been a legitimate news platform for at least 5 years now lol
"Okay black Joey Salads, that wasn't a prank" lmao
I live my life 1 hand at a time too 😂👍
Came as soon as the notification hit. Love yo face Phil
Same
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Not sure which kind of "came" we're talking about here, but I definitely came too ;)
If the shoe fits :)
"Ok black joey salads " 😂😂😂
“Ok black Joey salads”
Pause, Phil. I just want to make it clear, and somebody correct me if I'm misunderstanding, Louis C.K. asked women for their consent to a sexual act and when they agreed, he did it and when they declined, he apologised and did not do the thing. What is wrong with asking a woman if they would like to engage in a sexual act? Am I yo understand that this is now also inappropriate behavior?
Murica.
not saying it's necessarily a crime bc he did ask fr consent, but still very creepy
Yeah honestly it’s kinda creepy but he didn’t just “whip his dick out” without asking ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You shouldn't need to go through the process of flirting if they agree to go along with it without needing too, that's idiotic.
This entire debate is pretty idiotic actually.
The demand for racism outweighs the supply
Haha true
so the price is going up?
Most "hate crime" in 2017 has been hoaxes. Its neat that people can rally around things, but at that point its just fear mongering.
Not Nov 7, '17 but its also a thursday so I thought I was early 😂😂😂 have a good day!
I stayed up until 11PM waiting for this. I was starting to worry that I wouldn't get to be Philled in today ;-;
Isobel W hi British person
2wallywest Hi there! ^^
"It's going to be taken very seriously because its in the NY times" ahhahahaha ohh hahahahah
And that "let's makes mistakes together" pillow on the right is just priceless lol.
Hopefully the the result of the investigation doesn't take away from Silveria's words. They were powerful no matter how stupid the cadet is.
They association did at least say they stand by what they said before the investigation.
You don't get respect from the group when mommy tells everyone to stop being mean to you.
So many people faking discrimination nowadays. Really f**ks things up for those legitimate claims.
Sevens Secret I think that the worse thing about it is that the Alt-right will use this to fuel there agenda
It's almost as if demand for hate crimes exceeds supply.
dem0ninthemist that wouldn't be good, but I dont think its "worse" than the actual person who faked it.
Skyfyre2007 unfortunately it was, hence the original comment. Watch the video all the way through. The guy admitted faking it.
"Black joeysalads"
I lold so hard at that
ikr.
That Air Force speech was incredible... tears to my eyes. Regardless of the actually situation, the speech was necessary and heartening.
Are these getting uploaded later and later Or is it just Me going nuts?
edward frankham he actually fact checks and tries to avoid spreading false news.
It verys
he purposely wanted to wait for the release of the CK story on the times.
I love reading comments on your videos because people have logical responses and I think "nice, people are wising up and not being so sensitive yet still know what is obviously wrong when it comes to certain things". Then I go on twitter and am reminded that people are still really stupid.
Grant - Saturn reddit solves all problems
Grant - Saturn I feel like the comments are filled with discussions while Twitter is full of toxic arguments. People don't realise what an opinion or belief is on Twitter. They have a complex that has them believe their view is and always will be superior. It's very, very sad..
That cuz you get banned on twitter for wrong think
I actually got the feeling i was on twitter here
On Louis CK. It seems like som of those women were relatively ok with his actions at the time and now years later decides that it wasn't ok after all.
Not a single one of them were making a case out of it.
jiji Sounds like some of these ladies were stroking their own egos or bank accounts more than anything else.
JT hey I know what you mean it’s crazy out here now !
Victor Rios it's because she doesn't like him and wanted to punish him. If you think about it this is exactly what you do to get back at somebody.
2:25 Not to sound ignorant. But that’s one cool architectural design!
PunchyWas Here was thinking the same thing
I believe that's the church. You should see inside (personally, I get a laugh out of the cross).
GaelicDragon will do
Everything is so sad.... i was on snapchat this morning and every story from the daily mail was about sexual assult stories about spacey, corey feldman coming forward about what happened to him, that story about Charlie Sheen and that child actor, David blaine and so many more... its too sad, now this. It's so disturbing especially as young boys are involved a lot too...
kat I agree, though Corey Haim's own mom doesn't think Charlie Sheen did anything to him. Plus, very few news outlets actually reported on the news when it broke yesterday.
blueghostvalley just because his mum thinks one way don't mean it didn't happen I guess we will have to wait and see... too bad haim isn't around
If people seriously take serious issue with this, the next step is basically "Celebrity has sex with wife, it's worst thing ever, how dare he!"
People freaking out over this is the same as someone lying about being raped. It does nothing but hurt the actual legitimate claims.
FeverRayFan1 truth
AtomicArtumas it is bad. It's pretty disgusting he admits it a problem so I don't think we should act like it's fine because the people involved were adults im still a fan of his work but I admit this had made my respect for him go down.
massive respect for dbrand for how they handled the switch issue
Hey Phil, how do you feel about NBC’s “how gamers are facilitating the alt-right” video?
Adam Doss that's a thing? Wtf is wrong with every media outlet these days?
they owe gamers an apology at the least.
Honestly I doubt he thinks it's worth covering. It's gone under the radar on the left, and it's only the right going on about it. Not to mention it is kinda old news at this point.
The Squished the left has more important things to worry about than some news organization opinion.
#GamerGate 2.0
When you said Air Force, I instinctively thought of Nike. Help me.
Underrated comment.
"okay black joey salads" SAVAGE PHIL!
wow Lt Gen Silveria deserves major props for that speech. its so refreshing to hear that and so good to see that people in charge actually care about common dignity. it does not matter that the hate crime was fake because what he said still stands and is commendable.
plus that school building looks awesome.
Because when they said no, he didn't do it.
faithfuljohn +
This feels like people trying to slip people they don't like onto the ship out in the confusion.
Carlos Rosas What's creepy about it? Sounds to me like the guy is an exhibitionist that asks for permission. That's called being a gentleman.
Damn Phil, the Louis C.K. just recently blew up, as of 2 hours ago. You move fast
I don’t agree with Mika Kunis stance but I respect that she is passionate and Donates to something she believes in. Just wish she donated in her own name.
The Hanswurst Right? Why make it a issue?
Rubin going hard in that ad. It's probably the first time I actually sat through an ad not because I had to...but because I wanted to lol
Notification Squad?
Aviion Music I'm here! Haha!
Woot
With all these companies buying each other, soon we will not have alot to choose from.
We already dont
Instantly came when that notification come up TBh
Came
Man I absolutely love how phil tackles every issue with one thing, an open mind. Could do with more people like phil in this world
Well, as someone who has been a huge fan of Louie CK for years, this is disheartening news.
Barna Bop well said.
What happened with Shirley!? 😣
Like someone who is always with the child no matter what, like those nurses that watch the Gynecologists when the younger patients go in?
its not just hollywood its the depravity that comes with power, the same light should be shined on politicians and rich people as well.
so wait.... so louie ck asked for consent for a weird sex thing? and respected their answers? uhhh ok its weird but its not assault or anything... i dont get it?
Culture of outrage boi, nothing makes sense. These people just want to be triggered.
Technically it is not assault but it should be known and he should get backlash for it.
kyle miller If he did it with full consent then why should he get backlash just for having a sexual kink that you may not understand?
It's not assault tho. Like just asking for sex or saying something inappropriate in a workplace or with colleagues can be considered sexual harassment. It's different
kyle miller Why? should we also make all your private kinks public? lets see that internet history dawg?
Dam I fell like everyday someone is exposed for sexually harassing someone it’s kinda makes you think who else out their has done it
"exposed" is a generous term.
It wasn't harassment.
Just some girls wanting their moment of fame.
this channel is the only news source I trust
Twitter moments caught that Louis C.K. story immediately. Seems like celebs are being exposed one right after another, at this point it's hard not to question everyone's character.
Samantha Blanc same with that prison break actor . Seems like media aren't afraid of printing these type of stories any more
On the subject of C.K., the first chick said no, the chick on the phone said she heard him masturbating... ok.That's weird and gross, but it's not illegal.
Just like the people that tweet something inappropriate and have there lives ruined because it goes viral.
they want settlement money and publicity
*I thought Joel Osteen was already an impersonator.*
DC precisely lmfao
DC he impersonates a good person
When he went to pastor college he prolly took acting lessons too lol
“Ok black Joey Salads”. Phil...you always seem to amaze me 😂
Man, through the whole Air Force story I was thinking "please don't let him have done this himself" Sure enough. I don't get it. There are people in this country who are dealing with ACTUAL, terrible, senseless, even violent racism every day. How selfish do you have to be to cast a lasting shadow of doubt on those people just to keep yourself out of trouble?
Oh cool I know what to drink on my 21st Birthday.
Is that when you can legally drink in the US?
nonce
James Hauck Arsenic
James Hauck Yuck, dunk something good, whiskey is gross homes
Darkshizumaru not for a first drink, you gotta work towards whiskey and have it on the rocks.
Extremely powerful words from Silveria, regardless of how dumb the incriminated cadet was. No, especially because of it. That guy should get exposed so he can be ridiculed by both the Right and the Left so he knows his actions are not welcomed anywhere.
I live in Colorado Springs and didn't even know how the story ended, just goes to show I get all my news from here.
