  • This tutorial video shows essential parts of the development of a digital twin for the 6-axis industrial robot of the AutFab in Mechatronics Concept Designer. The video is divided in to three parts.
    - The first part shows how to create the physical properties like: rigid bodies, fixed joints, sliding joints, hinge joints and position controls.
    - The second part shows the creation of the working operation for the Gripper Tool with sliding joints and position control.
    - The last part shows how the Inverse Kinematics Toolbox is used in an assembly task of a 6-axis industrial robot.
    This video has been created by a student team project during the summer semester 2020 in the master course Electrical Engineering and Information Technology M.Sc. of the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
