Can you do a video about how to enter independent practice? For nurses who want to rent space or get comission (no hourly rate) such as 70%/30% revenue per service performed.

Did you register your business with lawyer and accountant Or on your own? I registered for business start up seminar but wanted to know a bit in advance before I attend the seminar.

Hi girl, Ur god’s sent😭I’m about to break crying from how everyone is tossing me around, I would really appreciate if you can help, I’m a Neurosci-UofT student and I’m really into med-aesthetics and I understand that among the reqs is being LPN working under the delegation of PN or MD, however I consulted alot of med-aesthetics schools asking them if LPN can do it then lab-techs and primary-care-paramedics should as well cuz basically do have the same courses reqs (such as anatomy, physio, phlebotomy and IV administration) they all said it should be acceptable as long as I can find a PN or MD who’s welling to take me under their delegation (basically just same as what LPN does to practice med-aesthetics) so the Q here😞 :can I and is it possible ?
Hi Nada, great information...New Subbie....I am at the beginning stages of opening my medspa in Durham. I have a couple of questions, as you mentioned, the medical director has to give directives for every different procedure, What about clients returning for the same procedure? For example, if the client had a consult for Botox and was cleared by the NP or Doc. Let's say they return for multiple treatments, do they have to do a consult every time? You mentioned the medical director has to see the patient once a year...would that mean they would re-new the directive for the year? I am unclear of that part...I am still in the process of looking for a Medical director. Thanks!!!
Hi Lydia! Yes you are correct! So if the client comes back for the same treatment within a year of the consult, then you wouldn’t need to redo the consult for that directive. That said, every medical director is different and every contract is different. This is industry standard but not the law. Find which company you want to work with then in their website they always have where to contact them and a pharma rep will reach out to you.
