just imagine....one cat 5 with excessive storm surge and heavy three day rain from stalled out hurricane and all this goes "poof".....

You are so correct! They got lucky with Ian. I was just down after the storm to check things out and it was mostly just the Pier that got sliced. A close call for Cherry Grove.
