Regardless of what people may think about the ross/Rachel couple and their development, the whole break-up scene may be the best display of acting of the whole series. What a performance by both actors !!
My personal favorite Friends episode is The One With Ross’ Inappropriate Song. Ross and Rachel singing “Baby Got Back” to Emma was downright hilarious. Not to mention that Phoebe finally got to meet Mike’s parents.
That would definitely get the show shut down in today’s cancel culture because it is “offensive to babies.” That’s the point, it’s a harmless joke that makes people laugh!

_The One With The Embryos_ is the best episode. The entire cast said in an interview that it was the best to film. The trivia game as well as the buildup towards the guys winning the apartment really drives home the comedy aspect. It’s by far the best _Friends_ episode.

Friends was such an amazing show! I started to binge watch the series back in March of this year, and it really put the hook in me! The cast and their humor always puts a smile to my face! 😂❤
Chandler wasn't greedy, in fact he was the opposite in that he saved every penny he made unless he was giving it away to Joey, for just about anything he needed and then he gave up his entire savings to give Monica the wedding of her dreams. Phoebe lust? What cause she fell in love with one guy who went away to Minsk but then found true love by the time the first guy came back? And yeah, she dated in between but they all did, as do most adults. Ross = wrath? He just went through a mental breakdown for a bit but got better. He was always there for his family & friends. Rachel is more pride cause she was so in to her looks but she kinda grew up and out of her spoiledness, Monica I guess could be pride but she's just really more of a neat freak & super organized. Not sure that equals pride. I don't think I'd call Joey a sloth as more of a down on his luck actor. He was always clean, actively going to auditions or being in plays or TV shows, so just cause his income wasn't steady, I wouldn't classify him as a sloth. Not really how or why you came to see them that way. Also, there are 7, not 6 deadly sins so who would you give extra in the cast the 7th sin?
Monica = envy (always wanting to get married jealous when others find better relationships) Rachel = pride (comes into the show spoiled and thinking herself better than everyone) Ross = wrath (MY SANDWICH!! WE WERE ON A BREAK) Joey = gluttony (obvious) Chandler = sloth (works a job he does not like because he doesn't want to try to change, takes forever to break up with Janice, afraid of commitment) Phoebe = ? (Honestly greed and lust don't fit, she is definitely the least intelligent of the group but that isn't a seven deadly sin) Honestly this doesn't really work because Joey could also be lust, Monica could also be pride, Ross could also be lust, Rachel could also fit greed or sloth at the beginning. This doesn't really fit for this show at all.

it's impossible to choose becasue this show hardly had bad episodes (the worst were in seasons 8 and 9 with the Joey and Rachel thing, in season 10 when they got briefly together it was actually hilarious thanks to Schwimmer and his when Ross is fine). I'm watching this and I have the feeling that one of my FAVOURITE EPISODE IS NOT ON THE LIST. One of the most underrated ones. TOW TWO PARTIES, where Rachel's parents are divorcing and it's her birthday and her parents are coming to the party and friends are making two parties in order to keep her parents not seeing each other. 🤣🤣🤣 l love those episodes where everyone are involved and have their moments. Just like TOW NO ONE IS READY AND TOW EVERYBODY FINDS OUT which are 3 and 2 on the list. 😁😜

I have the dilemma that I always want to watch the One With The Morning After to watch the fun scenes of Chandler, Joey, Monica and Phoebe hanging out in Monica’s room however it’s so depressing watch Ross and Rachel break up So I end up watching the One With the Kips to see the sequel to Chandler, Joey, Monica and Phoebe in Monica’s bedroom however I still feel bad because I don’t like seeing Monica and Chandler fighting earlier in the episode
I remember watching The One With The Morning After with my mom the night before I went from living in the west coast with my family to the east coast in a post-secondary program, which made it special to me. Even though it was the second episode I watched, I remember how heart wrenching the break up was and how funny the way the others were reacting to it were. Including Joey thinking he needed a new style of walking
Something that is great about this show is that the pairings we start with are not even always the best pairings I think Chandler and Joey is untouchable and the show always came back to that pairing But I loved having Chandler with Monica even before they were together Rachel and Phoebe rather than Monica and Rachel Joey and Ross rather than Chandler and Ross

omg yes!! finally, someone sees it, and says it too! This is what I was always thinking about watching the wedding episode! The dress she ended up wearing was horrible. and it was also different than the one she fought for with the girls in the episode with wedding dresses- wars. Even tho that one was also not great, it was still better than the one she ended up with. The one she wore at the end was cheap-looking, as you said, and I also hate bare shoulders and arms in wedding dresses. Bare arms and shoulders may work but only if the rest of the wedding dress is fabulous - so it has a great bottom and is made of great material. But if the dress overall looks cheap and boring like the one Monica wore, you better at least have sleeves. And If you are going to have a dream wedding, then wear something with a sleeve so that it looks really elegant, like a real wedding dress. And Monica's dress had bare arms and shoulders, and the simplest, most primitive cut at the bottom. It was so ugly. So I totally agree with you - that dress was terrible.
Because she didn't care for all that wedding glamor in the end. She did dream of the "perfect" wedding growing up. But once she did grow up, she began to realize what's really important in getting marry. The marriage itself, not the wedding or how "perfect/pretty/glamorous" the wedding celebration is.

The more I go back and watch many sitcoms from the 90’s-2000’s, the more I realize how lucky we were to grow up with some of the best shows that weren’t afraid to make some kind of joke. My all time favorite is The One Where Ross Gets High, but my all time favorite line is when Ross plays the bagpipes and chandler asks Monica, “why is your family Ross?”
My favorite episode is “The One With The Truth About London” although I’m not surprised it’s not on this list. The main plotline is funny, with Monica having originally wanting to sleep with Joey, but it’s the B storyline that really does it for me. Rachel teaching Ben pranks and them bonding, but then Ross getting mad that Rachel taught him pranks because he hates pranks is great. It’s really sweet watching Ross and Ben bond, the pranks themselves and everything that happens surrounding them is funny, it’s my favorite episode

The One Where the Stripper Cries is in my personal top 5 as to comedic quality. All three storylines are super solid, which is rare.

The episode where E.G. Daily plays Lisa's former band mate...and the scene where they sing "Sticky Shoes."

nah, a lot more of the early seasons episodes should be there, which were way better and funnier than some of those you chose. The one with the poker, the one when Ross finds out - this is literally one of the most epic episodes and was in the 90s, also, where is the one when Ross is fine? It's literally the funniest shite this show has ever done and David Schwimmer's performance in it is a comedy masterpiece! Sorry but the one with the proposal, besides the Monica and Chandler proposal everyone expected by then, wasn't particularly funny or great.

I have the dilemma that I always want to watch the One With The Morning After to watch the fun scenes of Chandler, Joey, Monica and Phoebe hanging out in Monica’s room however it’s so depressing watch Ross and Rachel break up
So I end up watching the One With the Kips to see the sequel to Chandler, Joey, Monica and Phoebe in Monica’s bedroom however I still feel bad because I don’t like seeing Monica and Chandler fighting earlier in the episode
I remember watching The One With The Morning After with my mom the night before I went from living in the west coast with my family to the east coast in a post-secondary program, which made it special to me. Even though it was the second episode I watched, I remember how heart wrenching the break up was and how funny the way the others were reacting to it were. Including Joey thinking he needed a new style of walking

Something that is great about this show is that the pairings we start with are not even always the best pairings

After years of hearing how fabulous Monica wanted her wedding and dress to be,she wore THE most boring, cheap looking gown.
omg yes!! finally, someone sees it, and says it too! This is what I was always thinking about watching the wedding episode! The dress she ended up wearing was horrible. and it was also different than the one she fought for with the girls in the episode with wedding dresses- wars. Even tho that one was also not great, it was still better than the one she ended up with. The one she wore at the end was cheap-looking, as you said, and I also hate bare shoulders and arms in wedding dresses. Bare arms and shoulders may work but only if the rest of the wedding dress is fabulous - so it has a great bottom and is made of great material. But if the dress overall looks cheap and boring like the one Monica wore, you better at least have sleeves. And If you are going to have a dream wedding, then wear something with a sleeve so that it looks really elegant, like a real wedding dress. And Monica's dress had bare arms and shoulders, and the simplest, most primitive cut at the bottom. It was so ugly. So I totally agree with you - that dress was terrible.
Because she didn't care for all that wedding glamor in the end. She did dream of the "perfect" wedding growing up. But once she did grow up, she began to realize what's really important in getting marry. The marriage itself, not the wedding or how "perfect/pretty/glamorous" the wedding celebration is.

The more I go back and watch many sitcoms from the 90’s-2000’s, the more I realize how lucky we were to grow up with some of the best shows that weren’t afraid to make some kind of joke. It was a great rumor and hilarious just from a comedy standpoint but of course with all the snowflakes in the world, it doesn’t matter. 🙄

My favorite episode is “The One With The Truth About London” although I’m not surprised it’s not on this list. The main plotline is funny, with Monica having originally wanting to sleep with Joey, but it’s the B storyline that really does it for me. Rachel teaching Ben pranks and them bonding, but then Ross getting mad that Rachel taught him pranks because he hates pranks is great. It’s really sweet watching Ross and Ben bond, the pranks themselves and everything that happens surrounding them is funny, it’s my favorite episode
