Beautiful hat and wonderful tutorial. Just a little something I have learned recently, when you slip the 2 stitches to your right needle to twist them and then slip them back to your left needle to knit them together... This is written out "ssk", this will create a left leaning decrease, while a regular k2tog creates a right leaning decrease. Which you did beautifully, this is just in case you want to write out your pattern.
This hat looks really nice, but could you please explain for me the measurements? Or how many st I would cast on for a 56cm circumference of the head? Thank you ^^

It’s 132 stitches xx
Can I knit the beanie with cables on straight needles. Please help.
Yvonne DPenha
Yes, you can use double point needles. Use four needles to hold the stitches and the fifth to knit in the round.☺️
Can men wear this
Please ma'am reply
Originally, this hat was made for a man ☺️
Do the two strands of yarn equal chunky yarn?
It’s still a bit thinner, in 50g of chunky yarn are normally 50-60m. The two strands of baby merino wool - 90m. ✨
Where can I get the actual written pattern, please.
Sorry, I don’t have the written pattern 😌
👍👍👍👍
