I experience the same thing and excessive day time sleep and cataplexy. Ever since it started I just couldn’t get myself to start dating. How would anyone understand me?

Absolutely
May this help teach people to be kinder to others. It’s bad enough people have to deal with health conditions, but you can tell for her one of the biggest struggles was the reaction from others who made her life even harder.
You never know what somebody has to deal with, from traumas to health conditions, so be kind to your fellow humans

Taking beef adrenal pills (dessicated grass fed beef adrenal) helped me IMMENSELY. It took a while, but I feel near normal (or what I imagine normal is). 💜💜

Its never 100% safe, you can still have a adverse reaction. You also can have adverse reactions to panadol, contraceptions, live saving medications etc
