Spot on
Was lucky enough to meet Steve this year at Bloodstock open air festival, what a nice chap he is!!!
0:42 listen to the five second "audience penny dropping" moment...
"1984" Orson Welles described it perfectly, constant war is the goal for the money making establishment of arms manufacturers & those who wish to gain political power.
Nicely done, bringing such a serious topic into a comedy routine & doing it well, bravo to Steve Hughes.
George Orwell¿
War on terror so well put 😅
Watch the full performance. He's funny because is material has a lot of truth to it :)
Facebook won't allow me to share this! Goes against community standards apparently.😂
Same here. Logic and truth not allowed in 2024
@Loxley23 @Loxley23 I think that the band is just called Steve Hughes but the song is called 'High on Fire'. You can find the video on youtube. Type 'Steve Hughes High on Fire'
NEVER HAVE I HEARD THE PRESENT SITUATION DESCRIBED SO SUCCINCTLY...............................GENIUS......................................
Legend! :D
@YhoJoKinson (cont) ...Brothers and the Prodigy...and if your watching the XF after a resume like that... I'm just telling ya... your a bit of a bastard!" :)
We need more like him.
Steve’s X-Factor rant? SO. MUCH. GOD. DAMN. TRUTH. You could keep IKEA in chair legs for decades with that much truth.
Okay, it's up on the iPlayer - finally - I'll get that burned, AVIed, clipped and upped tonight.
@majestic93 Agree! Spitting image!
@BUDBLOOOD that was hilarious, felt like standing up and clapping!
I've seen his video for his metal band. It was really good HEEEAAAAVVVVYYYY METTTALLLLLLL!!!!!

I can't believe it's not meat..... I mean terror!!!
Can you post that part up about Great British music and why idiots watch X factor? please.
@skeletorphd The BBC site says it's available on the iPlayer - if it was I'd run my iPad through my hard drive recorder and do it myself. However you go to iPlayer and it's NOT THERE. And it isn't getting repeated either. BBC = arseholes.
He is the new George Carlin...
i know this may sound a bit paranoid but i think they made sure to have that particular next comedian come on in order to distract the message and the truth,the next comedien was more on a modern and mainstream level and people sort of relax and put the obvious awareness that were all being fucked over by the government to the back of their minds.Steve is funny as fuck tho and i think they are carefull with wich comedians they give more coverage on tv.
What a babe
suggest you watch bill cosby.
this is like watching a political speech it's not really comedy at all. he has a point, but personally, i think enough of the world is depressing i like to watch comedy that makes me feel better.
@B00NG1E FAIL!
