Did you use. 50/50 lye solution ? I’m aging because I did for the 1st time and it crumbled for me !

My latest batch of soap crumbled. I may try the rebatch in a crockpot so I can salvage even the tiniest crumbs.
Perhaps sell / market the shavings as "soap-pourri"?
