Everything about this video is amazing. How she shows real life and real pain by taking off her extensions, her makeup, her nice clothes. And I really love too how when she takes off her clothes it's not sexy, it just is. And she looks like a normal girl, nothing is glamorized and I just love this message and think that this was done beautifully.

Hey I've been depressed for 10 years, it comes and goes. My best advice is to yes get it all out and know it's ok to not be ok. Then you need to know that there are people in your corner who love you and appreciate you. You are valuable and can get help if you need it. Also for anyone who needs to talk I'm available anytime.
I hope you feel better Vegan Powerhouse and Deandry Scott. I have anxiety as well and it has left me broken. Mine had to do with health and family issues. I had chronic chest pain for 25 years. I had lots of surgeries on my esophagus. In 2012 my heart and esophagus fused together and ate a hole through each and I lost my esophagus and live with a feeding tube and an ostomy bag.. The doctors had never seen it before. So 6 surgeries in one month!, and in a coma for 5 weeks. Plus burns from a heating pad as the pain was so bad I became desperate and I had tons of infections and dialysis and I bags of blood. and learning to walk again was hell. That was just the short version. Then my dad passed away just as I was getting better and my beautiful cat died too. Then my husband cheated on me, but we remain good friends today, it took a couple of years to get to that point. My sister doesn't like I remained friends with my ex so)))ö her and my 3 nephews don't bother with me anymore, and now my mom is sick. I told you all of this because I don't want you to feel alone. I'm try to stay positive,, because I cant make people love me. I JUST FOCUS ON THE PEOPLE WHO DO LOVE ME. One day at a time. I hope this helps and you don't feel alone. PEACE#JoJo
