You are right man! He brings everytime something very magical up there when he starts to sing :) He's presence is enough itself but that voice and pure passion for music is just special. Been Queen fan since 1991 when i was a kid and even today everytime i watch or listen them it's just nothing like other, feels everytime fresh and inspiring.

The studio version is great and I also like the video (and how Roger and John hated their costumes), but I think for the first listen, the video distracts from this wonderful song. So I think the Rio version was the best possible choice.

It's just one of my favourite songs and lives of all time. I just noticed that I knew it by heart by singing with him. I know exactly how he sings all the parts of the song and all the movements he's going to do 😂. This song means so much to me that I just can't not get emotionnal about it. Freddie is just so beautiful in it! The last part can't be more powerful I think ! Just love this man so much.

And you are so right, I also don't understand why this song isn't so much talked about, it's so true and beautiful, and the solo really kills it. Great reaction, and yes, more Queen please!!
Loving your reactions my friend from here in the UK, I have been a Queen fan for the last 50 years & listen to at least one track everyday. They have such a large catalogue it is difficult to recommend songs but if I had to suggest one it would be "Mother Love". You need to know the background to get this one. It was Freddies' last vocals before his passing, he was very ill at this point & told the rest of the band that he would return to finish the track. Unfortunately he didn't & Brian had to sing the last verse. I hope you find time to witness this beautiful song..............Bring your hankies.
What other band is even close to the greatness of them and it bothers me that I cannot see them live but my Uncle is a taxi driver and was asked to give the drummer Roger Taylor a lift to a party many years back 😁.
Definitely go to a Queen + Adam Lambert concert, if you have a chance. I've seen them 3 times, and the last one was amazing as the movie brought out more people than the previous two concerts. And they were into it! It made me happy.

I attended the very last Queen concert with Freddie at Knebworth Park in August 1986. There was around 120 000 in the crowd.

Oh yes! Try the acapella version. Roger‘s voice and the harmonies are unbelievable. You can‘t hear that in studio or live version.
