This lesson is very relatable to me. During the pandemic I had the choice to confront the tyranny, or retreat to the known. I unfortunately did the latter… and this caused more stress than I believe I would’ve incurred if I had dealt with the obstacles head on.
When you talk about symbolic representations of meaning, I'm wondering if it's a common thing in normal life for people to claim that they believe something, but then not actually know what their supposed belief entails? I've been interested in these kinds of discussions theoretically in my teens. Now I'm 23, and I notice a lot of "mismatch" between claimed vs. acted belief, as I get to know people more.

I would really like to hear or read the explanation, as to why, you used the word female. In my youth that is referred to as the Freudian slip. Which explains you are falling into chaos. or this has been your experience. I believe I fell into chaos when I was 17. Very mad at the world and willing to get into physical altercations, with just about anyone. I am 58. Somehow I survived. But yeah, that Freudian slip has me wondering.
They say you inherit your intelligence from your mother. If there are two mothers for every single man, apparently men select for intelligent women? Which definitely does not seem the case; we select for beauty. Is this why beauty and intelligence might be related?
Listing off a bunch on non essential nutrients and quoting someone who obviously drastically and unnecessarily over supplements proves nothing. Over 21 years vegan, 20 years fruit based raw vegan, I only supplement b12 and am thriving by every single metric including multiple extensive blood and urine tests, hair tests, omega tests etc. Also, i was in a near death motorcycle accident and was left with skin holding my leg together, torn tendons and I healed faster and better than my surgeon, PT and chiropractor has seen. My chiro also said he hasn’t seen anyone heal from a compression fracture of my spine like me, the bone reshaping after being crushed to a triangle instead of a rectangle. On muscle building, I normally sit around 180 lb, after the motorcycle accident I went down to 155 due to inability to be active and eating less from that, but within one year of the accident I got to my heaviest weight, 199 lbs in single digits body fat % by progressively overloading and eating a simple fruit based low fat raw vegan diet with no focus on protein or any isolated protein powders of any kind. Stoked your eating more fruit but what you’re saying about needing meat doesn’t hold water. I’ve documented all of this on my website and RUclips channel btw, been full time as a RHN for nearing 17 years and making videos since 2010.
There is no "best diet" it's an individual thing. For me if I eat too many fruits I get bloating and gain weight rapidly. Same with carbs. So I do meats and healthy fats kinda keto I guess but like intuitive eating too some rice sometimes etc. I wanted to do a "free will" based diet around fruits (cause they're like offering themselves, essentially the only food that isn't taken by force or killed in a way) but it just doesn't....the fact is death is part of this world. There is no getting around it, there's no "holier" diet lol. Carnivore...vegan....you're eating God either way.
@@JoyfulUniter I have to respectfully disagree with your first point, and I think nature would too. Every species has a species-specific diet, and they thrive best when they stick to it. You won’t find animals of the same species needing totally different diets. While we humans are super adaptable and can have personal preferences or sensitivities, we’re much more similar than different when it comes to our nutritional needs. Like our closest genetic relative, the bonobo, we’re classified as frugivores. That said, digestion, microbiome, and physiology can shift based on a bunch of factors, including what we eat regularly. The good news is that these changes can happen pretty quickly. If someone’s used to a higher-fat diet, doesn’t eat much fruit or greens, and maybe has some microbiome issues or insulin resistance, they might not feel great moving straight to a fruit-based approach. That doesn’t mean it’s bad for them-just that some transition time and adaptation would help.
@@TheRawAdvantage We're omnivores, Humans have been eating meat for at least 2.6 million years and possibly as long as 3 million years, that's what our physiology has adapted to. I don't see anything wrong with frugivore diet though either, as I said i wanted to do that basically but it made me fat lol. I understand you sell a diet though so idk this conversation is very biased.
@@JoyfulUniter While it’s a common argument that humans are omnivores due to our adaptability and ability to consume both plant and animal products, there is significant debate among professionals in anthropology, nutrition science, and biology about our true dietary classification. Imho the least biased evidence suggests a frugivorous inclination based on our anatomy and evolutionary history as again our closest genetic relatives are frugivorous. Truthfully any bias in this discussion would more so lean towards the omnivorous perspective, as it is the more prevalent preference and long held perspective in society. I personally didn’t want to become a fruit based raw foodist, I thought vegans were dumb, but the more I studied and applied that knowledge the less and less I could deny it. Imho the argument that we have adapted to less optimal / early evolutionary foods doesn’t also mean we are less adapted or are unfit for our original species specific diet. I understand you may have had a less than optimal experience with a frugivorous approach; however, I believe the issue often lies not with the diet itself but with its application and the knowledge available during the transition. This isn’t a personal attack, but rather an observation I’ve consistently noted in my coaching experience once the approach is fine-tuned, the results speak for themselves.
@@TheRawAdvantage I don't think any of us are dumb we're all just trying our best. I technically don't want to have to eat at all. If it works for you i'm happy, i wish it worked for me, i miss eating multiple bananas per day lol, underappreciated fruit it's so damn delicious with like everything it's the perfect base for smoothies, after i went through like a mold poisoning thing where everyone ditched me and showed me i was on my own (FML that particular space/time) i think my microbiome from that point forward wasn't able to use sugar based stuff, or something, idk. And if you look into it i think like 80% of american households have this mold problem too which is a shocking statistic and it might explain why almost no one here can tolerate this diet with so much sugar you're doing without acclimation, the carnivore diet gets around all those issues for me but idk just eating meat all the time is boring tbh, meat and eggs there's only so much variety there, like a proper human i want to eat "everything" lol, what's that, should i eat it? Yes. Since i have to do it against my will anyway eating i mean. Anyway so i'm more interested in what keeps america from being like 75% fat people lol even with the probiotics and prebiotics the fiber etc, in fruit from what i understand all fruits and veggies actually have thier own microbiome, for the record i'm 100% with you on raw foods. Like in theory i do view fruits are like the perfect food it's clearly designed to be synergistic too like a harmonious food, nothing harmonious about ripping a plant out of the ground or killing an animal to me.
