  • This is my review of the product k seal coolant leak repair. after some research on the product, I decided to give it a try or my Honda CR V ex 2002 with the hundred forty eight thousand miles and an apparent issue with coolant seeping into the engine block. If things were different, I would be able to simply trade this car in for another, but life has it's twists and turn, and I couldn't do that, so I was looking for an affordable way to hold on to this ride, just to get me back and fourth from some important appointment's.
This is my first installment of my review.

This stuff really does work! My Mercedes CL500 had a coolant leak all last year that was undetectable. My tech couldn't locate it and there was no noticeable wet spots under the car, only the dash message reading 'coolant low'.....I'd top up every time the message occurred which was about every 200 km. I stored the car over the winter and occasionally go to start it so as to keep the battery charged etc....I recently noticed that the 'coolant low' message came on and so I topped up with some water.....However, when I went to take the car out of storage, the dash now read 'coolant low' and 'check oil level'.....Uh oh, when I checked the coolant reservoir, it was low, and when I checked the oil level, it was high and contaminated with coolant. Ugh......I called my tech and took the car to the dealership where I was told it was 'likely a blown head gasket and would cost approx. $2k to fix'......My tech is a great guy and said "maybe a coolant leak repair would work, so I should try that first." So, I read up a lot on Blue Devil and K Seal on Amazon...the reviews for both were good, but K Seal had about 4x more reviews and about an 88% success ratio -- not to mention it was less expensive -- so I bought 4 bottles, as it was better for shipping etc. and when they arrived I followed the instructions by draining the coolant reservoir and shook up then added the contents of 1 bottle of K Seal. Ran the car for approx. 10 minutes at idle and then topped up the reservoir with coolant and went for an easy 30 km drive.......Checked the reservoir level afterwards and also the next day and all was good......I've since put over 300 kms on the car and the coolant level has not dropped at all. Hallelujah....K Seal worked and saved me spending $2k.....Great product!

We had a hairline crack in the engine. K-Seal allowed us to keep the CR-V another 3 years

+junior D it's a great product, in our opinion. unfortunately, I ran into a oil pan leak, so we added more oil until it gets repaired, but other than that K-seal is still doing the work it claims.

Did your check engine light turn off?

The check engine is a unrelated issue with a sensor and a wire short. We are working to get those issues corrected. But still we have to continue to give kudos #K-SEAL! 👍👏👏👏👏
