I'm aware that Blue Card TF is perfectly playable in Season 13, and has been for a while. Addition of new items, however, for sure makes it more fun and makes the 1 shots easier. Stormsurge really adds up to the burst + crits from Shadowflame aren't half bad either. Stormsurge is a surprisingly decent 1st item for TF + it's BLUE!

Other people bugs: if you spam emote your inventory is full of spatulas. Meanwhile my bugs: if you ult as shaco your augment "Center of the Universe" is gone for the rest of the round

Oh, we have that phenomenon in the Philippines. I thnk it was around S7. It's called the portal bush. You enter the bush, disappear and then get back in your well/base after 30 sec. Really weird feature. All you need is a TF at full build, closely resembling this one.

As someone who plays mostly ARAM, I'm not sure others understand the absolute chad energy of pulling and slapping people with blue cards. This montage only shows a fraction of the power unlocked by Blue's Clues.

Stormsurge makes blue card TF so much more satisfying, since even if you don't have QUITE the damage to one shot, the Stormsurge generally makes up the difference, especially combined with Shadowflame.

for those unaware, TF's cards have different AP scaling and damages. The Blue Card has the most AP scaling and damage of them all, but it doesn't give any debuffs, like the slow from Red or Stun from Yellow. It's purely damage, just like Veigar's ult.
And i love that all of this will make it to live servers because the first patch of the season never gets any nerfs to items, or changes to champions to compensate.
