Apparently Rexy was supposed to kill Indy herself. Like basically when Rexy would push Indy towards the lagoon, she’d pin her down and bite down harder, then when Mosa tries to drag Indy, Rexy doesnt let go til she rips out her throat, therefore showing the fact that Rexy has killed the Indominus Rex. But unfortunately that scene was cut since it was deemed too violent and bloody for the audience to see

I highly doubt that the I-Rex would seek Rexy for comfort. Raptor DNA or not, you still can't overlook the facts that Indi kills for sport like a human or a cat, she is cannibalistic( which means she would probably eat Rexy considering her base genome is T-rex.), and that these 2 apex predators have history. So the outcome of their meeting would be death and injury.

I pulled up google maps and looked for these island OMG THERE REAL ISLAND'S OMG
After recieving a good beat down from Rexy and Blue, she probabbly would retreat and "lick her wounds" in order recover herself, once she have recovered and calm from her rampage, maybe she will try to comunicate again with Rexy and see if they could work togueter in order to survive, but sadly, i believe that this would end into another fight, and probabbly Indie would have killed Rexy for sure, now that Indie is fully grown up, plus this will gave her an advantage in the island so all the preys would belong to her and without rexy, theres no competition.
Now, she will also try to find another carnivores and maybe stablish a pack, who knows? with the Allos, Suchos, and Baryos it would be possible that she at least tryed to comunicate with them, but if the comunication fails, she will have to kill them.
Probabbly, in the end, Blue and the other green raptor (if theres another raptor) would have team up with Indie, being the only carnivores with enought IQ and social behaviour for stablesh a pack (even been smart and quite dangerous, being lonelly would start to affect them in a psicological way). She could share their preys with them and be the only carnivores in the island, there would plenty enought food for them.
Althought, theres the chance that Ingen would constantlly send recovery teams and see if they can recover Indie from Nublar and use her for more tests and experimentation, after all, millons where spended on her creation so is better to not waste that valuable asset, but... thats more easy to say than do, it would have to take a whole army and heavy fire to put her down, as a side effect, this also will increase her anger againts humans.
By the time that the DPG arrives to Nublar in order to save the dinos from the volcano, she probabbly will act like the Spino of Nublar, hunting down and killing all the team that was send to the island, and...... probabbly she might remenber Owen if she sees him once again.

Sorry, but that is false. She had tried to communicate With Rexy. She wanted Rexy to join her clan, right after blue and the others betrayed her. Irex was got off guard by Rexy. She didn't have time to comminate with Rexy. So I don't say that Indominus would kill her for her own good.

Interesting idea. I like it when the stupidity of darkness for darkness sake is turned off and another path of solution appears. Maybe Indi also survived the Mosasaurus attack? I think, even the original Dinosaurs are way different from the ones of JW, they could grow a consciousness that is nearly human. Maybe the already have human DNA. How would this affect the behaviour?
