If your a construction guy you do this type of shit all the time. I framed and did interior exterior trim and siding shit. For like 25 yrs this shit isn't nothing . When you do it all the time it's easy to a ground guy it might seem dangerous but really it's not .

I suffer from severe arthritis due to all the heavy lifting and wipe outs. I'm 65 and walk like I'm 90. I was once strong and full of piss and vinegar. Now look at me. Your dead wrong. Don't do stupid things. You will end up like me. Take your time. Be safe.
