Dude!!! Where ya been??? 😍🙋♀️🛻🇨🇦‼️I'm excited, travelling to AZ in a couple of weeks, unfortunately hubby cannot come so it will be my first ever solo trip hauling the trailer. 😮 😅😁😎
M-G, oh my goodness. How many months since you've had a RUclips video? We're on our last camping trip for the season. We've been here 3 days, heading home tomorrow. Newby, Ellen
Hello from Idaho, we have the same year and model Mini as you and Linda and we really appreciate your videos. I do have a question about the fresh water tank. I recently saw another channel showing the fresh water tank as being very thin walled and the lower support to hold it up to the frame as rusting, breaking and needing side to side bracing as well. I looked at that area under my tank and sure enough the frame is bent, sagging and looks ready to fall off. Have you encountered this and if so, did you repair it yourself? I saw a couple of fixes but wondered about yours. Thank you for your help. Dennis
My middle support bar is only bent slightly. I check it often, 2 or 3 times a year for rust which could cause loss of integrity. I rarely travel with a full tank of water, so I've never been concerned about it. If it's rusty, that should be a concern for sure. I've only heard of 1 person that ever lost a support and no one that has had the tank come loose. We are lucky in that we have good access to the tank and supports. I would certainly go for having the supports replaced or adding new ones. Maybe a local welder would be the best bet. It will cost a fortune at a RV Dealer to have anything done. I hope some of my videos helped. Good luck and happy camping.
@garlandstyle5797 Hello and thank you for sharing. I saw another post where a set of 3, wide ratchet straps were used as a temporary fix. Again we appreciate all that you share. Have a great turkey day, and safe travels.
Lemme see if I’m hearing this correctly, you are using a bottle filled with antifreeze to take up volume so you use less antifreeze when filling the filter with antifreeze? How about just using an empty bottle instead?
Garland good to see you..
Thanks! We'll get out there again. Just a weird summer.
Glad to see your back.
Thanks. We'll get out there again I'm hoping. Hang tight! :)

@@dbell9674 Awesome! Glad you found something for the time being. You have a safe Holiday too my friend.

🤣 That's a dang good idea, if the bottle never leaks. You need to be an RV Tech.
Works better if you just fill the plastic bottle with rocks or sand.
@@js9125 Good idea. :) Thanks
