Eat more protein. Increase frequency and lower weight if you're struggling. And you must be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle. Unless you're an absolute noobie you cant grow muscle in a caloric deficit. Having more muscle also means you can eat more because you have to sustain that muscle with alot of food. So you have a higher metabolism if you have a ton of muscle
My daughter is 6ft tall..my grandsons at 14 now 15 stands 6'4 Some major growth hormones. She was also 2 1/2 mo premature weighed 7 lbs 8oz, 21inches long. I'm a T1D, of course insulin and glucose made her GROW. She had gestational diabetes while pregnant. High Glucose does it. Big 10 lb babies. Ouch
@@laza6141 That makes sense. He was 5`8 210. But when he stopped competing he got up to 240lbs. Was still in relatively good shape compared to the avereage person but it caught up to him in his 40s. to be fair though he did do a lot of drinking in his 30s lol
Legs are one of the hardest muscle groups to hypertrophy mostly because you are on them every day so you really need to punish them to cause enough stimulus for growth. But more importantly if you want to get bigger then you need more fuel for the fire . Can't get bigger unless your in a calorie surplus
Adding some weight while walking or hiking does it. My calves were ripped when I was carrying a 35 lb backpack and walking 3 mi per day. Makes for a strong back too.
Little men would be concerned with others being "obese" with muscle. Also nothing can "make you grow", that's stupid. Height is only impacted by genetics.
But it is true that it is dangerous to have too much muscle like anything. There's a reason why you can only naturally build so much muscle. Once you are past your natural limit through PEDs is when it starts getting more and more dangerous.
Not completely true. Height can be impacted by lifestyle and diet. People who work more, spend a lot of time outside and eat less usually grow up to be shorter as is evidenced by height differences between northern and southern nations and nations with heavier diet and more sedentary lifestyle.
"...you know what? I'm gonna walk away from that."😂😂😂😂

My brother was a body builder and now at 45 he has high blood pressure and he was told its from all the muscle.
It's probably from all the extra weight , bodybuilders are too heavy for their height.
@@softjones3128 He was natural. Never got into the PEDs.

@@mr.nobody9697 5’8 and being well over 200 pounds is the reason lol not because of weight lifting.
@@mr.nobody9697he should only weight like 170lbs. And that’s still technically too much.

You value walking between leg days. Most people don't realize that you have to kill them, be miserable for days and do it again until the suck stops.
Yo Bill Burr is fucking hilarious
Give me a higher love! lol

This is what Andre the giant had and died from watch the documentary on him Bill
I don’t know if it’s unhealthy but I know that being overweight and obese doesn’t account for whether the extra weight is coming from fat or muscle
Fun fact
Body builders are not deploying HGH for size but for recovery
Where is the rest of the story??😂
"I never skip leg day and my legs don't get bigger" says guys that does legs once a week and is surprised his legs are still small.
