best night sky tutorial in RUclips
1:30 thats also a good way to add leaf shaddows from trees in your environment.
Good idea!
That's revolutionary, it's awesome yo, thank you so much🌹👌🏻
Just wonderful , thank you!!!
Exactly what I requested previously in your another video. Thank you for listening to the need of your subscriber!👍
I gotchu
I love that you shared this ❤
Amazing tuts!!!
4:39 - I might be wrong, but I think that's better to connect color instead of fac through vector math multiply to the rotation because fac will rotate every axis by the same noise value and color will use multiple values per axis.
great tutorial, thanks
Genius
tysm for the file i love u
Thank you
epic thanks a lot !
I like your straight forward videos. #blender
Cheers Joey, great stuff, much smoother than partical stars imo, is there a way to make it a early evening sky, graduation from ground to top, say light purple to black?
For those who have an older machine and must use Blender 2.79 or lower to modify the Surface nodes of the environment here is how to get the node editor set up.
Split the 3D view by click, hold & drag the top left corner (it has 3 lines like a grip) over until you're happy with it's size.
Click the drop down to change the view type to Node Editor
To the right of the menu item labeled Node make sure you have the Shader option selected (it's icon looks like the material icon).
Then to the right of those three buttons their exists another set of three buttons. By default it's probably set to object (which has a cube icon), change this to the World option (looks like Earth).
Now you can modify the environment surface nodes in the Shader editor.
thanks alot! super helpfull. only thing that didnt work was the multiply node to make the stars brighter, probably i have same settings to change
Make sure it isn't set to clamp or else the multiply node won't work.
Can't wait for your tutorial. Bought it on Gumroad and open it immediately. Very beautiful! However, I would still follow your tutorial for practice purpose.
If there is future update, please add a moon with controllable size and colour. Thank you.
Thanks! That's a good idea
Creating a aura from this how do I make it transparent
