They were racing on curvy roads, there was no room for speeds upwards of 250km/h even, so the Sesto would have the advantage in reality.

Almost all films use faux cars nowadays. It's not like in the 20th century anymore where they had 100 cars lined up for a film i.e. Dukes of Hazard, Herbie, Christine, The Car, Duel, Mad Max, Starsky and Hutch, MacGyver and Knight Rider, to name a few.
That isn’t a giveaway that they were replicas. Movies can have a Toyota race a Bugatti and the Toyota would win. If they used real cars then that would cost way too much. No movie would ever use all real cars of the rarity and price tag that this movies cars would’ve been

The agera Rs were actually all different if you look closely the silver had a different spoiler than the white and red and they also didn’t have the front lips like the ones irl do
For anyone curious to hear it from an actual car guy: Every screen used hypercar or supercar was based off a Superlight Racecars chassis, powered by a corvette LS3 to allow the cars to behave properly in the stunt scenes. The only shot where there were any real million dollar monsters were Dino’s SLR, Dino’s shop, and the scene where we first see the Agera’s. The craziest part about it all is, all of these replica’s were licensed and acknowledged by the manufacturers, and most of the cars even featured body panels pulled directly from factory moulds of the real cars.
That movie made the agera the wallpaper car for me although I think it was unrealistic because at the time of the movie there were only 9 agera R or something in the world ( maybe wrong )
