Who else never bothers with carpark skills? i think i'm going to put a bit more effort into them, apart from being fun it's gotta help me on the trails!!!
yea i've always just put it off, it's stupid really when you think how easy it is to just pop outside for 10 mins and put in some practice! not sure i'll be manualing after 70 mins though lol
@@DownhillDesireMTB I agree. Ive just gone straight out on trails. Haven't bothered with any skills at all. But like you say it's got to help on the trails. I'm out on my bike this weekend. Will give it a go. All a bit of fun 😊
lol yea it was 10psi. got a puncture but hadn't realised. it might have helped a bit with stability on the day, but i can still do a minute now with it repaired!
@@krustytutos it wasn't intentional, i got a slow puncture and hadn't realised it was going down. was at 10psi lol. probably helped me a bit yea, but i blew it up and tried again off camera and i could still do a minute!!
thanks, I really enjoyed the challenge, and after seeing some "small " improvements it's spurred me on to try more. i'm really curious to see if i can do the same with wheelies !
I came across your channel from flicking through related channels, I think it's awsome that the older generation are getting out there also, showing that it's not just for young folk, I mean I'm hitting 43 🤪 Great job with persistence with the track stand, it looks like you may have worn your back tyre pressure down 😀
7 out of 10 Gordy😎 try starting without a rolling start and get your legs involved by taking them off to aid yr balance, i see a challenge coming in our next outing lol i better get practicing myself now. Great side series as always from a newbie point of view as we are. Very informative and inciteful. Can't wait to see yr stoppie challenge that will produce some comedy 😆
