    So no endurance after strength training. How long do you need to wait until you can?

      This will depend on many factors and, if we're basing this recommendation on molecular signalling on its own, there's an argument for 6-24 hours between sessions

      @@theprogresstheory I am training for boxing So If do strength training in the early morning can I do interval sprints like 30s on 90s off for 10 rounds instead of steady state cardio after 8hrs in the evening.
