Nice gentle class, Candi, thank you 🙏 During the 3-legged DD with knee to elbow, I was expecting so hard that you cue EPK1 and EPK2 (I always confuse them ; I think EPK1 is the easiest for me, which is flying scissors)... I am too conditioned by the rocket classes😉 (but did them nonetheless😎). No affirmation for me, but the movement that feels good in crescent lunge is to do kali mudra with the hands, it is so powerful, and I find it offers more stability to the lunge 😉
I love Kali Mudra in Crescent Lunge as well, Karine, it makes the pose feel so powerful and stable. It's awesome that you always choose to follow your body and flow. Epk 1 or 2 would have been a great add-on for the knee-to-elbow taps. 🙌
