    When you compare yoga with gym..I would say choose yoga as it's environmental friendly..in gym you need a treadmill to walk or run... your body is the property in yoga

    Mam it would be great if you make , a follow along video of 15 min -20 min , it will be really helpful as such videos feel very informative but frustrating because we try to do one asan and then you start telling about another.

      Namaste, as a beginner 5 counts with 6sec hold, you can increase it to twice a day, ensure you are on empty stomach or 2-3 hours after meals

      Namaste, any forward bending asanas as well as inverted poses such as savangsana, halasana etc. As they both put strain or pressure on the neck where the vertebrae get closer, these asanas will cause in further compression of the nerve roots, causing more pain.

    Some years ago, my doctor suggested to me that I should not do Sarvangasan, it will increase my back pain. So I want to ask is it relevant to back pain?
