For some reason I was under the impression that one shouldn’t tinker with the head unit settings after CarPlay was coded in. I’ve been missing that m variant logo. So glad you made this video! Thanks bro, keep up the good work!
Yo Skrrt! How come I can’t code my HU? On BimmerCode it just comes up blank or unable to read. I even turned off CarPlay and completely disconnected the phone from my idrive. Driving my nuts, I used to be able to until I had CarPlay coded in. Please help

Coating is one of the best tools to get rid of those annoying. 1 of the things I never coated out was the horn when your car is running and you lock the doors. I recently just bought bimmer link and have been trying to code out the burbles and haven't had luck. I emailed support and may advise it should work for the G80.
Hey man, I was wondering if your car drones (and if it does how loud) on the highway with valves open? I'm considering getting a catless dp with my current exhaust setup (dual res delete + m240i axleback).
It’s hard bc drone is subjective. However, these cars are so insulated; with the windows up and valve opened it’s minimal to me. I don’t mind it especially with how good the exhaust sounds 👌🏼. I think you’ll be okay with it

Yeah I was weary at first but I was able to reconnect back to CarPlay fine after redoing the pairing process. Thanks for watching!
