    referring to your flow diagram, i have a concern: after 2FA is completed, the Issuer should reply back to Network stating card was successfully auntheticated and Network should reply back to apple server and apple server to wallet. However in your flow after 2FA is completed, the diagram shows wallet informs the apple server.... How is this possible?

      Hi Vibha.
      the Wallet in this case is not owned by the Issuer.
      Issuer can only say pass the OTP to the customer (or any other authentication mechanism). So that the customer can enter the credential on the Wallet to get it validated. Finally the authentication result is what is passed to the Issuer, if the provisioning was successful.

    is the any difference between device token and ecom token?

    • @LearnPayments
      @LearnPayments  6 месяцев назад

      If you’re asking just from a token number standpoint - there’s no difference. Except that the TSP also stores the token location of each token. The token location for each (ecom and device token) will be different

    Is there a way to block offline transactions on a card. i. e where an issuer receives only a presentment without an auth.
    Mostly tried by fraudsters..
    Also please do a video on Online PIN and Offline PIN of a card. online PIN verification and offline PIN verification

      Yes - you can configure the EMV application parameters in such a way to always go online. Maybe check my EMV series. EMV Series
