They have been doing that since GX. Duel Monsters had the smallest amount of female duelists. While the GX has the most if you count the amount of girls that have been shown in the dorm. They have been showing more girls dueling every new Yu-Gi-Oh show. Eventually they will make a main character.
I love that the dreamer person has two different personalities. I actually had a pretty similar idea in mind as well. So I’m glad someone else also brought it to light in a very cool way. and seeing pure aroma is crazy!! Loving it

Never really could capture that same epic drama in the real card game haha. I'd be interested in helping you with this project if you need any. Seeing this makes me think, what other decks could be shown off in this series. weather painters would be interesting with all the quick effects, and their field spell would pro'lly be just a sky with the duelists standing on a cloud
(girl intentionally mishearing 5:35) "I summon the protector of the trans world!" so true so true, oneiros IS a bigender icon anyways, god damn, you really had to remake all of this from scratch huh... but it's very nice to see it back, and I can't wait for more!
Mara summoned about 8 in total (2 Normal, 4 specials, 2 Synchro). Rose lover was normal summoned via the effect of Jasmine, and Sweet Marjoram was re summoned from the grave at the end. Chi and Ren did about 4 (1 fusion, 3 special) The swapping of Oneiros from Tormentor to Erlking is technically a Special Summon, not Fusion.

For a duel surprisingly lacks momentum. Maybe if the background had moving lights or something. The camera angles could be more dynamic.
