Tip for anyone buying this case. If you don't have a PSU, consider getting an SFX. It does take a standard, but I went with an sfx and it leaves more than enough room to hide your cables, extensions etc without interfering with airflow
@@X831HUSTLER i went with the cooler master v850 sfx. I used cable extensions for aesthetics purposes, but I'm guessing there wouldn't have been any issues. It is more compact than a mid tower
Building right now, (Dec. 12th, 2023). The NZXT | KRAKEN Elite 240 RGB will not fit with an MSI MPG B650I Edge WiFi Gaming Mini ITX Motherboard with AM5 cpu due to the fans not clearing the massive KRAKEN pump. I solved the issue by drilling a few screw holes into the Tower 200 radiator bracket so that the radiator can mount closer to the glass front of the case. Not ideal, but it works. I'll post any other issues I run into... I'm still enjoying the build so far. I posted a short of the completed build.
Good vid! A nice lady's voice is always more pleasant. The AIO should be rotated though so the hoses are at the bottom of the radiator, so any air in the AIO system doesn't collect at the hose/radiator connection. (There can be up to 10% air within an AIO). Top mount radiator is probably best, cuz heat and air go up, but you do you. Thanks!
I moved the top fan to the outside in order to make more room for the AIO tubes, and I changed it to an intake since the dust filter cannot be removed. Not sure why they decided not to utilize the space between the top cover and the metal housing or choose to make an exhaust with a dust filter when all it does is keep dust in. I removed the side panel dust filter and turned the AIO into an exhaust. It doesn't make sense to bring the warm air generated by the AIO, back into the case. Also, if you've installed HDDs at the rear, you can cool them with slim profile fans used as intakes or exhaust. I use the latter because there isn't a fine dust filter to keep dust from entering.
bad idea too mount the aio with the tubes over the cpu block if you are unlucky the pump can draw air overtime into the block and the temp goes higher or the pump is burbleing the case looks nice but i cant use it, it kills my gpu cooling :D so much air for cable management
How many case fans can this support? That's the issue I'm running into right now - trying to figure out which panels can hold fans and which sizes. It appears the back panel and top panel each come with a stock 140mm fan but I'd like to incorporate another for intake somewhere if possible. Otherwise, stock setup with an AIO would have 2 AIO fans for intake (pulling across the radiator), then two 140mm fans (top and back panels) for exhaust. Unless I'm missing something? Is there room on the bottom panel for another fan? 120mm or 140mm, if yes?
If using an AIO on the right side (240/280), the Tower 200 can support 4 fans total (120/140). Top x 1, Rear x 2 (if no drives installed on inner rear panel), PSU shroud x 1 (interior floor). Refer to your Tower 200 instruction booklet.
I'd like to see your take on the Core P cases that can sit horizontal or vertically with a soft hose Custom Loop. How to make sure the Reservoir works in both positions. I'm building a test bench which is moved alot.

Can I get replacement black fans for my thermaltake swanfan ex 12 argb or am I better getting new ones. But in 140 no rgb. I tried to do all thermaltake but they didn't have thermaltake RAM at microcenter. I also really liked the nactua cooler. Finally do yall offer a military discount from the oem to make a small order.
Question. How does putting a slightly larger MATX motherboard decrease air cooling benefits where this case is perforated everywhere? That statement makes no sense. That said, I have this case and yes, I have a MATX motherboard installed. There IS a cable routing hole if a MATX board is used. A grommit there would be nice though. You may however, have to remove the GPU support bracket like I did. Since i don't plan on moving the PC from place to place, this is a minor concern. Nitpicks aside, This case is well built. The ability to take the side and top panels off without a screwdriver is amazing. Airflow is simply outstanding and including two140mm high quality fans is a great addition.
Is there anyother problems you ran into with installing a MATX motherboard? I am currenlty conficted on which motherboard size to purchase and cant find much info about a Tower 200 MATX build

hey! you can access it by opening up the top of the case. If you want a more detailed demonstration; comment on one of our tower 200 videos over on our TikTok account and we'd happily reply with a video :)
Won't the cooling be very poor in this PC because of negative air flow? There's only 1 fan for intake (behind the case) and 3 fans for exhaust (1 on the top of the case and 2 on the side mounted radiator radiator) so there's negative pressure. How is this solved?
Hey Frank! So, we actually have the 2 fans on the radiator set to intake, due to using our SWAFAN EX swappable fans. This is to take advantage of the chimney effect airflow that all our Tower cases utilise, pulling in air from the sides and bottom, and exhausting it out the top. Thanks for watching!

Nicely done. I just got the 200 myself as I am getting ready to upgrade my Plex server. However, I believe you could run into some problems with your AIO. As long as the pump is below the top of the radiator (the highest point) it will be fine.
