Back in June, I was diagnosed with high insulin resistance and pre-diabetes. That one day, one moment when I got the test in my hand, that changed my whole life. Since that day, I have never gone back to eating junk and trash. It put me on a tight fitness regime with super good diet and as a result I ended up losing 35 pounds and reversing the insulin resistance. This video is so god damn apt. No one else other than Moroo could pull this. Life's never been better and I cannot even imagine of going back to what I was 3 months ago. the journey started and it's got a whole way to go.

Its crazy how i have also started focusing on health, body fitness relationships as im getting closer to 30. On the other hand when i was 20 i cared was to make money and get rich. Now these things look meaning less. If you have fit body and close people around you, all you want is a good run to feel your breath and a meal with loved ones.

I exercise and try to be as productive as possible, sleep is where I lack, as I am a night shifter. last morning I slept for 9 hours as I was going thru my examination for the previous two weeks and was functioning with 3-4 sleep daily, 10 hours of work, 2 hours of work out, and studies.
The timing of this upload literally talked to me, i have started fasting for 14-18 hours daily from the past 2 weeks, 4kg lose kia and feel really healthy again, wrna band baji pari thi.
Mera hamesha se workout chalta rehta tha....fir iss year se kuch kaam ho, yaa fir baaki bhi cheeje ho unse mera routine kharab ho gaya...aur mai bahot lazy ho gaya tha...shakal se saaf dikhai padta tha. Abhi just do din hue hai kal ka aur aaj ka maine purana routine shuru kar diya hai. Aur aise me aaj aapse ye video aagayi...to mujhe bahot motivation mili. From today, I will exercise 45 minutes on daily basis. This comment is going to be my daily progress report. Day 1 > I did rope skipping for 5 minutes and brisk walking for 30 minutes. I tried to do 10 pushups but couldn’t complete them. Day 2 > I did 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of brisk walking. I attempted 10 pushups but could only manage 6. Day 3 > Today, I started with a few minutes of jogging before switching to brisk walking for 30 minutes. I also did 15 minutes of cardio, 6 pushups, and 10 squats. Day 4 > I took a rest due to critical duties. Day 5 > I began with brisk walking, ended with a slow jog for 30 minutes, did 20 minutes of cardio, and completed 10 pushups and 10 squats. Day 15 or 16 > I am now able to do 10 pushups in 2 sets. I’m walking 10,000 steps (jog + brisk walk) and doing 20 minutes of cardio. One Month > I’ve increased my daily walk to 15,000 steps, with 30 minutes of cardio and some light weight training. One-Month Result > I’ve lost 3 kg and feel physically stronger. The biggest change has been in my dedication and mental strength
