Muzamil sir, I feel one of the key issue that you have missed is the steady growth and exposing of the “begging mafia.” This has been a principal driver for a Pakistani to become a pariah. The USD PKR currency rate, definitely benefits an unskilled labourer. But UAE will never want to fill its region especially in bigger and premium business sectors with super cheap labour. In the long run they will want people who are skilled or almost the best who will build UAE.
One option that UAE could have done to sieve the "investor" class Pakistani from the riff-raff (pardon my language) is by giving a no-questions-asked visa to those who already have a US, Canadian or Schengen visa.

I have observed not much restrictions if coming with family. they are getting visa UAE govt need to increase further check like income proof or bank balance etc. Labourers related stuff need to be managed via company sponsors only.

I work in China. You need a Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience and HSK 3 level Chinese language at least. Only job foreigners have are in either in marketing/sales or English teaching(native English speakers only). China is not open to foreigners unlike other counting
