It's 2am and I'm planning to disapear starting today. I want to break this cycle of procastination and feeling like a failure. Time to break the cycle..
College literally changed my life. I got accepted into a Bachelor's Degree in Music. I cutt off people and situations going nowhere. I have already performed in Europe twice in my program. I am a Senior, I went quiet for 6 months into the study hall, work and the practice rooms. I earned a full ride scholarship in my degree that also paid my rent.

I found shutting out as many distractions, interruptions and disruptions helped me focus on important goals and real values. So far i have been doing it for 2 weeks and see some progress, imagine in 3 months. Thankyou great video!!

I am less fearful, less reacting to others and feel more peace of mind but of course I put in the effort everyday. Yes I am more productive but for me the biggest thing is better mental health and less fear. Fear and anxiety is debilitating. Reducing emails was also a big stressor for me too. I use to check emails 3 times a day but gradually now I check 3 times a week. Alot of effort but worth it of course I strongly believe if you don't remove or even what you can minimise distractions, interruptions and disruptions, it is very difficult to reach your dreams and be happy.
This is actually very correct, toxic friends always discourage you and feel insecure when you do some progress on your life. They want you to be around and live like them forever. Thanks for this wonderful video

You have 30 days to change your life. You have 6 months to become even better and stronger I feel that God is telling me something for the year of 2023 I need to sacrifice alot for my own life. Then you have another 5 mothns to do something. Moat people who want us to failed is because they havea very very sad mindset and using social media to be toxic behind and talk bad about you but won't talk bad in person. But no need to stress because when you win be happy that you never give up. Grind in silence your life is far from better than anyone else's is life. It's not about isolating myself from toxic ppl for me, I have a few good supportive friends, it's just.. I really feel as if I'm losing my authenticity as if I'm losing my genuineness. I miss the times when I said things and did things cuz I actually wanted to. I feel social media is striping us away our true selves. And I just need that, I need to stay away for at least a month. I really really hope something changes.
you have some great points. i would disagree that making fun of friends is toxic because i have done it with only comedy in mind. the problem occurs if someone does not speak up when it gets annoying. i have been on both sides of this. communication usually fixes it if they are good friends or makes it worse if they are bad friends, and at that point you are right to leave them because those friends are not real friends.

Fake friends are the same ones that cry out the loudest/most year after year being stuck in the same miserable place in life playing the victim, crying about lack of results when they don't put in the actual effort. They're tearing you down bashing you for improving your quality of life through self discipline/self improvement and not going out partying with them getting f**d up. Life is short with a time and place for everything. Disappearing for long periods of time really does wonders for different aspects of your life overall improving your mental health. The opinion of those that judge you when they themselves are no where near where you want to be in life does not even warrant your attention so you must learn to disregard the noise. Nice video!
Bro, its easy to go hard into the grind for a day or two, but gradually, lethargy starts to kick in, you once take your phone to the loo, and 30 mins are gone, you dont wakeup on a predecided time one day and boom - the day seems lost. How to get over this and continue the grind?
What you need to do is to manage your time. Download Google calendar and make your own schedule. Make something that you can stick by. You need to be busy so that you won’t lie down on your bed and scroll through instagram. Pick up habits such as reading, journaling, and meditation instead of picking up your phone. If I were you, I’d go a step further and delete instagram, TikTok, and other apps that distract your focus.

I felt that when u said skinny,thats my biggest insecurity,I cant afford local gyms as I dont have money,even food to get much more calories to build up some body faz is not possible,I eat so much,but It dont work,I even tracket it and got to 4k calories average,still not 1kg more on my body,idk how to get fatter
Man my best advice would be to count your calories and avoiding cardiovascular exercise. Try to lift weights. You can do so by lifting water jugs or something. Pull-ups are great too, find a bar outside that you could use to perform pull-ups

Im doing it, still im not the best at consistency but i got better. I try to study and do creative things that improve my skills. Its a great to also journal everyday about your feelings and also writing out your improvements it helps me with the motivation! Remember dont start big just take steps couse u will demotivate yourself, for example i still have problem with focusing and staying still while studying but im getting better and my grades are improving, i started with an hour and i just added more time each every day

7th of march. Life didn't improve that much content wise, but I've improved internally quite a lot. I didn't cut all my friends out, but reduced interraction down to only necessary texts. Reduced my circle too with only those who I think wishes the best for me. Multiple failures happened in this period. I reached my lowest once again and learned to let go.
6th of July. It's surreal in hindsight, but just how quickly months go by. It hurts to admit but I'll still put it in here; to force me to see the state I'm in, that I haven't done anything in these 3 months. I am perpetually confused about what to do in life. I'm confused of everything and I'm constantly procrastinating. My bad habits returned. I stay sane for some day and then return back to the loop. I have let down everyone. But also experiencing different situations that I've never thought I'll face. Feels like the world is forcing me to improve and showing the consequences for not doing it. I really want and hope to get on a better track If God wishes , I'll be back in a while

Here's one for you: My sister stopped speaking to me and stopped answering my texts because I can't travel across 4 states to come visit her! She's married and in her 60's folks! She never had children so she treats her older siblings like they are her children. However, she is the "baby" of the family-----self proclaimed. PS: she only wants to show off her "possessions" which is boring.
Haha I do g even know what to say to that. You need to sit her down and explain the situation. If she doesn’t understand, then it’s probably better off to give her some time to think about her actions.
