A tip for the heating, I simply pick some randomly and place the sol of their feet on my jaw, that should then feel if it's hot or cold.

Mr John, I have notice your wood shavings are prone to coccidiasis (pardon my spelling) be sure to keep it fresh regularly

@@farmafric1 yes since it's broilers(don't try that with layers) or better still you can add the wood shavings gradually as the grow, this making it fresh always.

You’re welcome friend🙏 if you mean wood shavings I do use it … My carbon papers are on top of the wood shavings from day 1-7 to help them find feed easily then I take it out at day 7 when they must have gotten used to feeders ❤️
