how long have you go to wait till you can ceramic coat them still the uv damage?
What is that product exactly, the liquid? Why is it blue?
what causing the micro crack after polish the headlight? Heat? Sun exposure? Sanding process thin out the headlight cover?
It’s called crazing
That’s what happens to the plastic as it breaks down
This method can’t get it out
You might try going with a higher grit like 2K or 3K or 5 K to finish
The best solution for crazing is to paint it with clear coat
It’s still there but you can’t see it.
All headlights are not the same and not in the same state of disrepair.
After doing this how long will it last...

I have 180, 280, 360, 600, 800, and 1200 grit paper
What grit should I use and how many passes should I make?

That will depend on the state of the headlight, if you have deep scracth and varnished applied on the headlight you should start with 180 grit and use all grit grades progressibly until the 1200 grit.
If the headlight is only a lit yellowish you can start with 360 grit and go up to the 1200 grit.
I used all 6 grit papers that came in the kit.

It worked 5 times then it stoped working effectively does it lose effectiveness after using for some time?
It´s not supposed to lose effectiveness but you should make sure that the liquid used is not open for more than 6 months and is kept on fresh and sunlight free place.
