    • @balajik.n

      Because headlight turns yellow and dirty and there will be minor scratches here and there which you can't see . By using sandpaper you are removing a top layer of the dirt and after removing top layer using polish fills the gap and gives shine

      You have to heat the liquid and vapor it. Wipe it on lens would leave streak marks. I got the entire system on Amazon for 25 bucks. Same as you would at local store but I like this better.

    • @GatorWinup
      @GatorWinup Год назад +1

      Why so many people are obsessed with the idea that a clear coat (name your substance please) would be more durable than the polycarbonate or acrylic materials that form the lens? Why do you add a layer of weaker, softer material that will peel off due to the heat cycles caused by the sun and the heat of the headlights? How do you control the thickness of the clear coat? How do you control the evenness of the clear coat? When you talk about applying clear coating, you have no idea what you are talking about. In your simple mind, a thin even layer would make it clear and give good protection. In reality, it yellows and peels off in time. Please.
