For me South-west of England is really nice for food as Yorkshire region. Wales also is amazing for food. The lamb in Wales is very good and cheeses in England of course, Cheddar, Cornish Blue, Beauvale, Shropshire, the Bath soft, stinking bishop, Wigmore, Stichelton, Stilton...

It's the same for any product as wine for example. Respect the time is the most important. Yes we have some good food in France but I am not agree with those people who say, in Uk the food is not good. If you go outside of the city center, you will find someone who will be passionate by sharing his knowhow. I remember when I worked in Whatley Manor in Malmesbury, one customer told me that cheese is really good, is it from France and I said no it's from this part. Just push the door of the farm and you will find some good product.

It was really amazing to visit so many historical museums. But, i don't think the food is great for my taste. Maybe i don't get used to the UK style such as too much fried chip.
