Speaking as an Englishman, I especially enjoy watching SA play and the SA brand of rugby, of huge physicality, directness, and aggression. Each team has their merits and playing style, but I always find SA very entertaining.
TBH I found this one much more fun when they weren't so bloody predictable in attack.
Good on you mate. It’s the dream of any SA coach worth his salt to coach England- similar styles of play. And huge talent in England - if you get it right you’ll be a real championship contender again…

He apparently burst into tears. That's what it means to him and if it means that much to him then it means that much to the rest of the team - and us fans. Springbok passion at it's absolute finest.

Koroibete knew that he couldn't get away with a shoulder charge a second time in the same situation and had to tackle him fairly. Whenever it is an even playing field the Bokke come out on top. Most of the time the field is tilted against them.

Great one Boks! Willemse at 10 with Le Roux at 15 is a deadly combination! The Aussie defense had to keep guessing for 80 mins. Mapimpi got his revenge on the charging rhino. What a classic.

Even his tackle in this game was questionable, his right arm swung suspiciously and made head contact AGAIN! I'm tired of seeing fans excuse dirty play as "physicality!" MK is just a dirty player mate, you're lucky he gets compared to a Rhino and not something that should be flushed down a toilet.

Brilliant effort by the Springboks. A massive improvement, after last week's disappointment. Excellent try by debutant Moodie. The only regret was the handbags moment, at the end of the test. As for the All Blacks, they are BACK.

What makes this referee very bad, Aus #9 constantly pushed players after whistle even after the ref warned both teams and nothing happended... the ref handled the jnprofessionalism of both teams very badly in my opinion.

Bokkes playing with a real chip on their shoulder. Huge outpouring of emotion after each try, some of it misused but it's obviously what this team needs to play at their best. Hard not to love seeing Etzebeth leap back into that captain enforcer role.

Gotta laugh, 50% of the highlights package is devoted to the brouhaha near the end of the match, while the lead up to some of the tries was noticeably absent. But great game though, and excellent to see the Boks firing again. Goes to show how much of this game is about mental ascendancy, and comes down to who seizes the moment, takes the initiative and their scoring opportunities on the day. Congratulations South Africa, great win.

I didn't see any kind of shoulder charge. Koroibete had both arms in front of him this time to try scoop Mapimpi up. Thankfully Mapimpi learnt from last week and stepped in and dove flatter. Possibly got him around the neck a bit and I think that's what aggrieved Mapimpi.

@@davesmith826 I think there were arms but it was definitely high - hit Makazole in the neck. While Makazole did push him to the ground and have a word in his ear, his reaction to that sparked the ruccus so he should have been the one yellow carded. He won't be cited but Etzebeth might be and Aalatoa (spelling?) definitely should be for that scrape across the eyes.
The bok try with fast short passing to my eye is how a backline should work,gives much more options than long passing.A bit remeniscent of that grand bok team 81 to 86.

Koroibete knew exactly what he was doing. A no-arm tackle with no grounding coming in at speed from the try line. If that isn't 'dangerous play', I don't know what the fuck is. Eben frog-marched him across the line for that reason.
