I got HSRP back 2021... Last year when I renewed my license I had to get a Medical Certificate...... All these are VERY OLD rules... NOT new at all...
Basically these are all All India Rules. In TN many doesn't follow & as usual police harrass the soft targets.

How long Driving schools are there, that long "Something" is there in RTO. But this rule is good for avoid duplicate Number plates

Driving license for 2 wheelers should be given to people above 17 years of age. Driving license should be valid from date of issue till one reaches 50 yrs of age. Renewal of DL above that should be for period of 10 yrs and not 5 yrs.

It seems they have to upload the medical certificate on behalf of me against my application no.
