The difference is they don’t experience the same pressure every game, only against the top defenses
He should still be able to do a lil bit more bruh...he doesn't work the pocket well, the 1st sense of pressure and he bails...he still doesn't identify free rushers pre-snap...He's mid at best in going thru progressions...finally, he's gunshy, literally afraid to throw interceptions...in conclusion, we have a qb that seems to not understand who's in control on the field...go above the x's and o's, essentially backyard it in some situations...he doesn't and it's a problem
DJ have completed as many pass as he can under 3s. With that Oline, i dont see the Giants go nowhere. Barkley is an injury prone 🤷♂️ get rid of him asap and use those money to update the Oline
It's a poor play. A chip block is not effective if the defender can see it coming. The defender side stepped the wide receiver. The receiver is lined up to the outside of the defender. Poor play poor execution.
The pick six was all on Jones. First Waller was open in the endzone ... second the pass to Campbell was terrible. Look at it, the only person that had a shot at catching it was Witherspoon.
Nothing to worry about, he's terrible period. 1 more year on the roster and he'll be cut. The real question is do the Giants take a QB this year or next year in the draft. If they don't take one this year I would HOPE Schoen signs a Minshew/Tennehill type of QB that can eventually take Jones job from him. In Daniel Jones defense, he's always been a 3rd round talent...the giants just reached out of necessity.
Brutal but honest breakdown, I’m hopeful but it looks like he’s got a mountain of problems to resolve. I honestly feel like he’s got the skill but may have seen too many hits to fully trust in his protection. Which leads to broken play after broken play
ngl ive prolly been subbed since 2021, or the year b4 u took some time off to go to college you still made vids but u went to college and were qb on their fb team, subbed the year b4 that, have been a big fan for a while, but i must say, i agree wit the sacks u said were DJ's fault, yes they were open, but i think hes just scared, i mean hed have to throw the ball right when the receivers are cutting and sitting in the zone, and idk if youve seen all the games, he's made those passes, a lot more successful last year wit it, but this year, watch his pass attempts to campbell and u can kinda see why he's sort of not trusting his wr's on those plays and looking for more, now am i saying thats the right choice, no, but even his most reliable receiver, waller has dropped those passes wit defenders all around him, I just cant fully blame DJ on all 5 of those last sacks, bc he'd have to make a perfect throw and hes already had many miss throws, so he's questioning himself the o line, again shouldnt do that, not right for him to be thinking like that, but ur a product of ur environment and he has no help during these games, and that darren waller pass the last sack u mention bro like he has to hit waller right on the money, like ik its waller again tho our best receiver and he's has drop problems, that ball cant be to far left or right bc its an int, has to be right on waller, and during the highlights u can see clearly the lb on the bottom of the screen quickly buzzes over to him, u pause it and it makes it seem like he has an extra sec and u say 'he has to pull the trigger' i mean its literally a 50/50 ball and they need to convert, but its just not a guaranteed play, i hope dj can bounce back bc i'd be lying if i said he deserves all the blame, its a mix of everything coaching o line, and dj, i can give a full explanation why its not solely dj
i am giant fan i was not sold on jones after last year - he actually did not have a good year - he is unable to see the field and react - he is only able to run simple plays that does not work because the defenses know that and will take away all the simple throws- giants should get rid of jones and barkley and start over
We’ve literally fired coaches and coordinator traded players spent top 5 picks and spent most our cap trying to make this guy look good when is it ok for us to give up on this fraud
In my opinion I believe th- (BREAKING NEWS) More than 13 hours from game time and Daniel Jones just as he finished dinner was sacked and is slow getting up off the floor.
He wasn’t even good last year. If 15 passing touchdowns is worth 160 million dollars than Mahomes is worth 2.3 billion dollars. Jones had one good season and that was his rookie season. He has been average to bad since and blaming the offensive line is only part of the problem
We’ve literally spent back to back top 5 picks on O line the year before we drafted jones we spent a 2nd on an OG and spent money on O line this year we drafted a center DJ is the problem
Why are we still saying fix Daniel jones. We are down to nit picking mistakes all quaterbacks make. He has no trust in his recievers it the same people aside from waller. Last season no one can get opened or catch the ball. This year same receivers. The online sucks and all the balme is on daniel jones. Josh allen makes bone head interceptions a d he still regarded as on of the best. Josh allen can easily throw 3 interceptions in one game. All quarterbacks makes mistake including jones but its a combination of coaching players and front office. But we blame it on on daniel jones.
I really don't know what the Giants were thinking with that contract for Daniel Jones. Should have let him test the market and then match his best offer. No way another team would have paid him that much. I'm not even sure another team would have handed him a starting job.
Who was the better option and WE CAN GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT IN TWO YEARS he is not Joe Schoen’s guy when they sign him they only guaranteed him for two years to get out the contract cuz they have everything planned.
Did you see him put up 31 points in 2 QTs n set yet another NFL record? You want to know the difference? He wasn’t getting hit on every play n he had more than 2 secs to throw the football 🤯🤯 He’s getting hit n pressured at a historical rate!!! That’s NOT A EXCUSE!!!!
Watch he will end up throwing for 300yds rush for another 150yds and have 4 total TD this week. Just because at this point as a Dolphins fan I wouldn't be shocked if the defense plays terrible again this week. I mean might be a long shot to expect that great of a game from Jones as his weapons aren't great so the Dolphins lackluster CB who without Ramsey they have nobody to play on the outside have already tried Apple and benched him tried Kohou last week only for him to get burned on the outside for like 150yds and 3TD. And with Kohou moving to the outside they were forced to play Bethel on the inside a career special teamer who also got burned. Just as a Dolphins fan I have learned that I should never be to optimistic about the team. That last season they start 3-0 look great Tua gets hurt and they go 3-3 but then Tua returns and they win 5 straight are 8-3 and look like contenders. Only to then lose 4 straight with a healthy Tua. So wouldn't at all be shocked if this year after the 3-0 start and SB talks from fans and media. If after the lose to the Bills they end up losing to a bad Giants and Panthers team at home and fall to 3-3.
So glad to see analysis!!!

I have something that'll solve all Jones' problems 🪠🤬
FILM REVIEW!!!!
Dj had more then enough time to operate in the first and second half
Thats the fucking problem. He may have a bad like but these are nfl players. You are going to have opportunities
A good step in the right direction, Zac. Keep it up.
DJ have completed as many pass as he can under 3s. With that Oline, i dont see the Giants go nowhere. Barkley is an injury prone 🤷♂️ get rid of him asap and use those money to update the Oline
Dan Jones just isn't a special player at qb,he is just ok with a good team,he won't make the team better than the other 10 guys on the field
Jones is so bad under pressure it’s comical
It's a poor play. A chip block is not effective if the defender can see it coming. The defender side stepped the wide receiver. The receiver is lined up to the outside of the defender. Poor play poor execution.
Sooo umm. You saying a 5'9 170 lb wr should block a de?!?! Yaaaa nooo a chip block isn't it dude
Andrew Thomas need to play they have to build a elite line or bench him
Seen the pick 6 far too many times over the last week, but Campbell is held by Witherspoon as he's turning back to the ball.
Just me?
A nice breakdown of the film, but some of your breakdown is wrong
And he still isn't
Annnnd hes hurt.... this years Tua...
giants should trade him or cut him
Brutal but honest breakdown, I’m hopeful but it looks like he’s got a mountain of problems to resolve.
Great breakdown! Would love see your analysis on Justin Fields
i am giant fan i was not sold on jones after last year - he actually did not have a good year - he is unable to see the field and react - he is only able to run simple plays that does not work because the defenses know that and will take away all the simple throws- giants should get rid of jones and barkley and start over
what happened the times he was not sacked - if you look at that you will see jones is not nfl level qb
We’ve literally fired coaches and coordinator traded players spent top 5 picks and spent most our cap trying to make this guy look good when is it ok for us to give up on this fraud
If the organisation is so piss poor that they have to keep firing people and making suspect top 5 picks, wouldn't that suggest that he's not a fraud?
DJ reminds of Carson Wintz , will not fkn throw the ball away , tries to make a play every time. So annoying
I saw a lot of 50/50 passes. People forget how reactive some of these defensive players are nowadays
I’m starting to wonder if a concussion is clouding his thinking. He was never great at reading defenses but I don’t believe he’s THIS bad.
In my opinion I believe th-
(BREAKING NEWS)
More than 13 hours from game time and Daniel Jones just as he finished dinner was sacked and is slow getting up off the floor.
Jones is not bad. But he is not that good. On his best day he is a top 15 guy. Decent but he needs a lot of help!
Ok but we missed Evan Neal has been fuckin garbage and Andrew been hurt all damn season
But we blame it on on daniel jones.
trade jones to the paTRIOTS
Why are the Giants making wide receivers block tho
In 13 personnel at least one of them has to.
danny seeing ghosts
I really don't know what the Giants were thinking with that contract for Daniel Jones. Should have let him test the market and then match his best offer. No way another team would have paid him that much. I'm not even sure another team would have handed him a starting job.
Who was the better option and WE CAN GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT IN TWO YEARS he is not Joe Schoen’s guy when they sign him they only guaranteed him for two years to get out the contract cuz they have everything planned.
Did you see him put up 31 points in 2 QTs n set yet another NFL record?
You want to know the difference?
He wasn’t getting hit on every play n he had more than 2 secs to throw the football 🤯🤯
He’s getting hit n pressured at a historical rate!!!
That’s NOT A EXCUSE!!!!
shouldve franchise tagged him@@calfdot791
@@maaliemaal1373😂😂😂 against the cardinals. You want a cookie?
@@pimpnamedslickback7780The same Cardinals that beat Dallas and have been within one score in every game they've played?
Bro none of them are open what you talking about
Watch he will end up throwing for 300yds rush for another 150yds and have 4 total TD this week.
Love film analysis from you. Dan Orlovsky also did a great brief analysis the next day
Another RUclips channel who covered Daniel Jones's weakness well is ShesGotSports (don't know her name), but she makes great NFL content too!
The offensive line the worse!
The QB is not that great ....worst!!
