Real Working WarGames Film Defcon Sign (UK Edition!)

I built a working defcon sign as found in the film WarGames but mine is connected to the MI5 threat level indicator in the UK.
The sign uses a Spark Photon to connect to the internet and pull down the latest data.

Um, you do know it Goes Down? not up? It dont go Defcon 1, to defcon 2, It goes Defcon 5, to Defcon 4 and so on. With defcon 1 Being the worse state.

Great project again Arthur. Love the real life data aspect of it but i'm sure if it changes you wouldn't even notice. Have you considered adding a klaxon sound like in the movies for when it changes? Would definitely scare the bejesus out of you if it went off in the middle of the night so maybe a RTC lookup too so that it only sounds during waking hours. Love it though.
